I loved my suite!!!! Customer Service was friendly and provided me with everything I needed. It is Located near restaurants and stores. I really enjoyed my stay

The pool wasnt heated NOR the hot tub! the gym was closed but they didnt discuss that at booking!

This is a great value for the money- it’s been remodeled and is clean and comfortable. Good location.

The only problem was. There was only one elevator working. There needs to be more than 2 elevarors for the size of the facility. Other than that , everything was great. The staff was wonderful.

Looked freshly renovated. Everything well cared for. Friendly staff. Greeted me by first name. Amazing!

1-Crystal at the front desk in the evenings was the sweetest attendant ever! She greeted you coming & going! (We received a little snack bag with cookies & water upon check in). 2-The hotel overall was quite clean from the outside property to the public areas to the room. My ONLY “complaint” was what looked like a small amount of blood on the carpet near the bed. 3-The bed was a bit soft for my liking, but that’s more of an observation than a complaint. 4-There is no complimentary breakfast….again not a complaint because I never eat it anyway. 5-The property was quiet and safe….no suspect characters hanging around the lobby or exterior. 6-No smoking facility and I really liked that. 7-It seems no matter where we went, the hotel was only about 5-20 minutes all ways, so I suppose it’s a pretty central location

I called two days before checking in to make sure the pool was fully functioning because my daughter and I was renting a room to swim in an indoor pool beings it is still winter. We arrive and at check in when i asked what time the pool closed I was told a time but warned the heater wasnt working so the water was cold. It was COLD! The pool and hit tub, both freezing! So we decided we would go to the room and watch videos on our phone, we couldnt. The wofi was down and no working. That also meant their their tv apps were not working so you could only watch the basic channels offered. We decided, “let’s go to the gym then” since nothing else was working and that was out of commission too! We were bamboozled! We originally rented the hotel room for all weekend but only spent Friday not there because there wasn’t anything to do other than watch the paint on the walls. Thankfully we brought one card game with us. We were able to get a partially refund for and early check out on Saturday and went 20 minutes away to another hotel with an indoor pool and had a good time. I would not recommend this hotel.

When I book a hotel I look for certain amenities.i feel that if you offer certain amenities and they are not available for any reason that should be noted. I always check for a fitness center, which this one had, but it's was closed for maintenance. I think that should be made known because I would have booked elsewhere
