A relaxed friendly well run establishment. Nhi is an extremely helpful host .The property is in a very quiet road but easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Would stay again .Nhi will help you with any questions you may have a lovely plus for us was the craft beers

Excellent location close to beach in quiet street. helpful and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast and coffee. Try the craft beers they are top! Room is great with AC, good shower, comfy bed. I used the laundry service. Came back perfect. Recommend staying here. Excellent Value. Thank team

We are a family of 14 people traveling together in Vietnam. Before arriving in Da Nang we’ve been in both Ho Chi Minh and Hue. Thi Boutique Villa was by far the nicest hotel we’ve been at and also the cheapest. The hotel is not very big with around 8 rooms or so, but it is so beautiful and you can really tell that it is not just ‘another’ big hotel made for tourists, where all rooms are the same. The rooms were all decorated beautifully and they all differed from one another, which gave the hotel a really personal and authentic vibe. The common area in front of the hotel was also very nice and had many plant as well as seating areas, where we enjoyed breakfast in the morning and a beer in the evening. The hotel is only a couple of hundred meters from the beach, so you have to walk a couple of minutes to get there. However this also means that the area it is in, is more quiet than the hotels in the front of the beach, which we really enjoyed. In addition, the WiFi was really good👍 While the surroundings were all amazing, the staff were the ones that made the biggest impression on us. There were only two people working at the hotel - the owner and a sweet lady helping him cleaning and doing other practical tasks around the hotel. From the beginning, the owner went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay in Da Nang. He helped us rebooking our flight tickets in Vietnamese, book and get scooters for us, helped us finding sleeper busses and much more. The staff was so attentive and we felt so welcome staying at Thi Boutique Villa. We can only recommend this place if you’re staying in Da Nang.

A colorful building near the beach with a nicely kept garden. The hotel is kept neatly by the owner and his staff, offering breakfast with vegetarian, vegan, and meaty meals. Other services include cab rides to nearby cities and you can rent scooter bikes, all of these services are very cheap. The rooms were kept nice and clean with all the necessities you would expect from a hotel; like a mini bar, clothes washing service, air conditioning, and the rooms were also decorated nicely. Although the hotel is situated near the beach the area around the hotel is not too heavily tourist-oriented like the city of Hoi An further south. ATM's nearby, seafood restaurants, markets with a whole range of fruits, and of course plenty of beach clubs where you can refresh after a swim. The hotel has a patio on which you can pick starfruit directly from the tree and you can hang around in the evening. A lot of 24 hour shops nearby so you won't ever go out of food or drinks. The owner is very friendly and likes to talk with his guests so don't be afraid of speaking with him!

I loved this place, it's beautiful, relaxed and off the normal westerner tourist map at the same time. An oasis in a city of noise and bright lights. I'm leaving more relaxed than I before I arrived. Definitely recommended
