Receptionist - Staff is very good , Kamal ji sushil ji, Raunak, Prashant. Room Service - Staff is very responsive, Akhilesh, Sushma, Dining - Food is good but I was there for a month so repeated menu.

Excellent service like , Room service, cleaning and delicious food . All stuffs are very gentle and kinded person. Whenever I come to ***ej, I stay Lords as I get my favourite as all veg and Non veg items are available here. Thanks,,

It was really nice gesture, specially Mr. Amit Kumar Sinha has taken a good care of everything. Room services were excellent and the food taste was really yumm, I will highly recommend this place for any known visitors.

Hotel is very good, enjoy my stay with this hotel. We have stay for more than a week. Food is excellent having high speed internet WiFi . Room is quite spacious with all amenities. Wine shop facilities also there with permit facility

Hotel is close to my office, which is very convenient for transportation of me. Also the location of hotel is close to the local taxi stand called ***ej chokdi. Very peaceful place for night stay. Food also good

Hi, I have been staying in this hotel for the last 4 months, so I am giving the review on that behalf. Pros: 1. The staff is good & cooperative, special thanks to Kamal Ji, Su*** Ji & Sushil Ji. Cons: 1. the food quality is not good, the kitchen buffet is repeated daily & the taste of the food is the same for all the items whatever they cooked. 2. In rooms switches do not work properly, AC, fan too noisy & not fully functional. 3. No hot water is available at all, the boiler is getting repaired for the last 2 months & WIP has till now. 4. Most importantly they should increase the routers in the buildings because the wifi issue is worst in a few rooms. 5. Housekeeping boys use personal belongings of the client like deo and cigarettes. 6. Leakage in the bathroom taps, flush not working in a few rooms.
