The entire staff of The AURUM is unbelievable. Me and my wife are so humbled by their hospitality. Always ready to serve your needs, whatever it may be. What is so more surprising, was The Aurum MD, Mr. Srivatsya, spend the entire evening with us. Taking us to a nearby river(hotel ground), sat with us, had TEA with us and was so down to earth in entertaining us. The staff even gave a surprise birthday party for me and my wife, Very humbled and touch with their gesture.(photo attached) The entire staff were so down to earth in serving us. It's MD is a role model for it's staff. We have travel all over India, these experience is extraordinary. Thank you "THE AURUM"

Its an amazing hotel located on the bank of a river . We were able to see crocodile from the room. Its a new hotel and maintained very well . The staff in all the departments were helpful and offered the best of services . Hotel lobby is contemporary. Resturant is beautifully designed . Buffet has good variety and they also offered varities of idli . They guided us in having darshan too . The store next to reception serves variety of useful items .

Beautifully located at scenic view place. Well maintained, hygenic, nice and pleasing staff with great hospitality. Had pleasure stay. Food was even too good. Hospitality was very nice and pleasant. Well maintained swimming pool and even washrooms spacious including near rooms.

Enjoyed the stay super views from the top floor of Kumaradhara river and also well maintained clean and neat rooms as well as whole premises Very happy to have found such a good hotel in Kukke Subramanya I would definitely recommend this as the best place to stay in kukke Subramaniam

Loved the aura of this place . Staff very friendly . Chef Srinivas took care of my special dietary needs . Rooms are quite spacious and are facing the river and the mountains . Temple is within a km . Vallet parking available . Shower facility on the bathroom is pretty good . Sitting by the river side was so peaceful and calming . Corridor could have some air con and breakfast spread could be better . Food was expensive .

Truly amazing experience. This is my second visit with my family to "The Aurum Subrahmanya" since last 2 years. Those who love nature and want to be inside the lush greenery this is the best choice. Nice cooperative staff and team members. Special mention of Ms Komal Sharma who offered a special cappuccino just before leaving was the best part of my stay. It's the original organic coffee aroma and taste felt really refreshing. Delicious food. Keep up the good work. Love to visit once again.
