comfortable stay, great hospitality from owner and receptionists. helped to arrange airport transfer (around 160 yuan, which fluctuates depending on time of year) with clean 7 seater. on night of 31 dec, watched fireworks from room. large bathtub for soaking which popular with kids. this room's bathtub is outside the room with open balcony. projection TV very big with AI function. mattress is Sealy so very comfortable large beds. both 1.8m wide. good size for family of 4 . good breakfast selection on 3 nights we stayed. buffet style which kids love. hotel staff very helpful to pick up laundry from machine (free use) when we are out sightseeing - staff even took initiative to add drying minutes upon checking that our' clothes haven't dried yet before taking them out and sending to our room. nice view of the old city of dali from the sister hotel nearby. hotel owner also sells discounted entrance tickets (9.9 per person instead of 19.9) to 云上草原. hotel owner also recommended 路极 which was amazing. overall excellent stay! highly recommended! photos taken on last day (already used the bedroom)

I highly recommend staying at this B&B! The location, service, hospitality, facilities, amenities, and design are absolutely impressive. We visited for a family trip (Kunming - Lijiang - Dali - Kunming) and stayed at Mogu House Inn (Dali) for 2 days and 1 night. Since there were 15 of us, it was quite a challenge to arrange transportation, we would have needed 4-5 Didi cars to accommodate everyone and our luggage. I contacted the hotel in advance to request pickup and drop-off service, and they gladly helped arrange vehicles for us. They provided two large vehicles, one for our luggage and another vehicle that comfortably fit all 15 of us. Upon arrival, the Mogu Inn owner & their staff welcome us warmly & politely, they even help to carry in the luggage's for the whole family to our rooms, which is a really big help and we appreciate it very much. Cleanliness : Spotless clean and comfortable. Service : Excellent! The owner is attentive, enthusiastic, and incredibly kind. All the staff are friendly and approachable. I’m personally thankful to the receptionist young lady who assisted us throughout our stay, she even arranging last-minute transportation for us to explore Dali city. She was responsive, kind & attentive. Everything you requested or asked she will do her best to help you. So much appreciated. Breakfast : Complimentary. This was the only hotel on our trip that included breakfast, which was greatly appreciated for breakfast person like our family. Location : Great location. Near to the west gate of ancient city, walking distance. The hotel surrounded by many restaurants, shops & supermarket, making it incredibly convenient to walk everywhere for food, drink & entertainment. Transportation : Excellent! Just text them via Wechat request for pick-up or drop-off service, they will promptly assist you. Facilities : The facilities here were amazing! The beds & pillows are soft, hot water well functioning (no need to wait for showering), the soundproofing was excellent. The room is voice intelligent, fully automated with smart voice control for the curtains and light, our whole family was incredibly amazed. Decoration : Breathtaking! The inn is beautifully decorated from the exterior to the rooms, very aesthetic and stylish. My whole family was amazed! Extra Note : We were pleasantly surprised that the washing machine and dryer are free to use, unlike other hotels we stayed at. This was especially helpful for our group, which included children. In summary, our stay here is beyond expectation. The warm & attentive service and hospitality we received from the owners and the receptionist was truly heartwarming and has created unforgettable memories to us. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Dali and recommend it to friends and family.
