Had the villa all by myself and such a relaxing place to unwind. Very zen and has Japanese feel with the hotel spring pool.

一開始選這家酒店看中了它是雲南白葯集團的，裏面有spa，想着一定得體驗下，加上圖片裏面酒店環境賊好。這次實際入住前，管家思思就很貼心的聯繫接站服務，入住後也及時告知我們酒店附近的景點、介紹及距離，當然酒店裡的景色也讓人感覺愜意，背靠蒼山、遙望崇聖寺三塔，晚上再在庭院裏賞月、賞星星，算得上是身心的療養酒店！下次來大理絕對還來住這家～再次感謝管家思思給了我們完美的入住體驗！

A great hotel for a quiet getaway from the busier parts of Dali. Rooms have great views of the lake. Hotel staff are extremely responsive and friendly. I had arranged for a pickup from the Dali train station to the hotel which was arranged seamlessly. The staff also contact me just before I arrived at the station to check if everything was ok. Thumbs up to them for their professionalism.

Clouds Villa is absolutely incredible. After staying in the heart of Lijiang’s Ancient City, it was refreshing to be up in the mountains here—peaceful, scenic, and really fresh air—but still only about a 10-minute Didi ride into Dali Ancient Town when we wanted cobbled streets, fried cheese, rose cakes, and all the amazing food. We came here for our honeymoon and booked a hot spring villa, and to our surprise, we were upgraded to an even larger villa. The staff also surprised us with a bottle of red wine and a delicious cream cake—a really thoughtful touch that made our stay feel special. The hot spring itself was perfect. After a day of walking the Ancient City or biking around Erhai Lake, relaxing in the steaming water was heavenly. The villa’s private yard was beautifully designed and made for the perfect chill spot. The whole resort is landscaped with care—gardens, ponds, and mountain views everywhere you turn. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied—plenty of choices to start the day right. It was all so nice that we extended our stay by a couple of days because we just didn’t want to leave. Another highlight is the location right next to the Chongsheng Temple complex. The temples are stunning and absolutely worth a visit, and at night you can even hear the bells ringing, which adds a magical vibe to the stay. All in all, Clouds Villa was everything we could have hoped for and more. I honestly wish I could live there forever.

Beautiful modern villa decorated in chinese style rooms. Our room cam with a private “onsen” in the open. It was wonderful to relax in after a long day! Breakfast was very good. Fresh stir fried local Vege and local noodles with condiments were delicious! Will come back! We were given a complimentary cake & wine to celebrate our anniversary! Thank you!
