Mike Butler's service is very good. Mike provided a lot of information to us about Dali tourism and also very quick responses to our needs via WeChat. The hotel is very beautiful and we managed to capture a lot of nice photos (Each guest is also provided with 5 free travel photos by professional ) Room amenities & breakfast is equally good as well. Thank you.

The hotel is fair but I think there are better options out there. Won’t suggest

First the Hotel environment is super good, the room was big, with heated flooring that allow us to feel warm inside the room. But biggest point of all is the Service crew Mike. He was one of the biggest reason that allow us to have unique experience. His service is flawless and so is warm and welcoming. Overall the best hotel I’ve stayed in Yunnan and Best service I have ever experienced all because of Mike.

The view is very nice, The facilities has the problem of being open to the public. As soon as 8:30 in the morning to early evening, a great number of tourist floods the hotel common grounds, they cannot get into the room area but walk past your room and cause a lot of noise. They can see you through the room windows from the common area. You need to have the curtains drawn for privacy. Privacy is definitely lacking at this hotel asking premium pricing. Breakfast quality could be better, limited choices and quality is mediocre. Mike the manage was very helpful. However, due to the way the hotel is set up, I would definitely stay at another hotel if you want more privacy.
