山側の部屋でしたが改装後でとても清潔でした。午前10時に荷物を預けに行ったところチェックインさせてくれました。

海の景色はとても美しいです

Heads up: The room does not match the photos. Consider staying here only if: -You don’t mind carrying your luggage upstairs yourself. -You’re okay with unclean bathroom conditions. -You prefer not to have space to hang your clothes. -Most importantly, you’re fine with a warm room—the AC is broken, and the receptionist made no effort to fix it or offer a solution, simply stating, "There are no other rooms available—you’ll have to deal with it." I initially booked two nights but had to contact Trip.com immediately to shorten my stay to just one night—I left first thing the next morning. (For context: In all my years of traveling, I’ve never cut a stay short like this—that’s how unacceptable the conditions were.

Stayed room at ground floor. Quite convenient to bring in luggage as hotel don’t have lift. Staffs quite helpful in helping out find few tourist spots. Easy to find this hotel in the DiDi apps. Love the view from room. Only cons will be minimal sound of cars on the roadside during night. Recommend to those wanting to have slow pace day.

I arrived to find that the photo on trip.com did not match the room I booked. I was also told that the hotel had discontinuef receiving foreign guests since 1 March 2025. My booking was made before this development, but the hotel did not inform me. The reception area created a very unneat impression and the one receptionist was arrogant, not to say rude. A guest of the hotel helped with translation between the receptionist and me. Attached some photos

Really as per photo, only some wear and tears of corners and ledges of the room. However, room is facing the main road and not that sound proof from outside. Easy access to railway and attractions using didi.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We chose this place because we can see the lake view from the 3rd floor, and it's located about 25 minutes from the train station. For transportation, we mainly use taxis. The staff here are helpful, but they may not speak English, so it's recommended to download a translation app. The room is well-equipped for tourists, clean, safe, and has a beautiful view. Highly recommend if you stay in Dali ♡♡♡

Front desk lady was very helpful. She helped us to order food delivery to the room as the night was raining and cold. Nice location as we can stroll along the Erhai lake away from the crowd.

I have a pleasant time in this hotel, second floor was more comfortable and bigger than first floor, in the outside was Erhai big lake. In the morning i was walking there very quiet and relaxed.

The room was so clean and completely renovated. The location was great. The reception helped find the visiting places. When you are booking the hotel via this APP, make sure the information is updated! For the room I booked it was written that the room has a lake view but unfortunately, when I got my room it had a building view! I contacted “customer service”, and they gave me some “coins” in the APP as compensation. I will choose this hotel again if I travel to Dali.

This place is alright but not the best location. The view of ErHu lake is so so and it seems like everything was built using things from Taobao 🫠

The hotel is nice and you can see the view of Erhai right at your balcony. It will be even better if there are lifts as we carried 3 suitcases to the third floor. Room is spacious and clean.

The room was new, nice and clean. They provide every amenities we need. Location is great for one who wants to stay by Erhai Lake. However, for us, non-Chinese speaker, staffs were not very helpful. They knew we can’t speak Chinese and they kept speaking Chinese with us even though they have translator on their mobile phone. After 7 minutes of wasteful communication, they opened their translator application. Yet, they let us solve the problem by ourselves anyway.
