Good location, next to Erhai Lake, but noisy traffic. Not clean enough and fit to the price they set. Breakfast hall is like canteen. We chose non-smoking room but still smell cigarettes.

Make sure not to book a room on the first floor. Those rooms on the first floor are directly facing the pavement, while the pedestrians can just look into your room. It's also loud at night because of all the traffic. We stayed three nights and had to change room once due to the bad odor from the drain. The breakfast options are quite boring, with only one small noodles station and limited warm food. No Western breakfast except toasts. The location is good. Not far away from the city center and train station, with a good variety of restaurant options. The bed is comfortable and is actually king-sized.

The service is great! People working there are very friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast is great. The only thing is our room is close to the street so loudly. Others are good.

The toom in the second floor is easily seen by passing by people who come to see the lake. However, the view is good. Breakfast are vary of choices. Negative: I booked non-smoking room but when other rooms nearby smoke it leaks in. So we need to endure with the smell

Able to have lake view from room yet is directly at road side, that we don't need to carry the luggage along the way. Their service is efficient and responsive.

一進房間就被海景驚艷到了，感覺太好了。海景房的椅子坐着很舒適，看窗外海景，簡直太享受了。出門左邊走幾分鐘就有美食街，吃飯很方便。酒店地處海西，海東中間位置，離大理港很近，乘遊船方便。背面是一個公園，對面就是洱海。門口滴滴打車，上車很方便。但要走到對面去看海景要走幾分鐘才有紅綠燈斑馬線。（當然大部分人都是直接過街，不過不太安全）。背面公園要出門右行幾分鐘，爬二百多級台階才能到達，台階較徒，很鍛鍊身體的。前台服務態度很好，做清潔的服務員也跟熱情，會主動問好。打掃衞生時，發現綠茶沒動，衹喝了紅茶，就多添加了紅荼，很細心，貼心！早歺環境不錯，品種比較齊。

整體還是不錯的，唯一的缺點就是隔音有點差，酒店是在洱海邊但是旁邊就是公路，車來車往大清早大晚上車流聲關窗户都沒用。落地窗的風景很美，周邊吃的也多，不是自駕的人周邊有公交車和雙層巴士，環島都很方便。

哈哈哈説一個細節，衞生間很乾凈，味道特別好，這個細節真的很戳我！！環境非常不錯，服務也很周到，還會有專業的指導****非常值得推薦，房間沒有任何異味，裝修簡潔時尚，是我喜歡的酒店風了工作人員非常專業，講解過程非常有耐心，還解答了不少問題

風景一流，坐在窗邊就能享受無敵海景。衞生也很好，環境非常乾淨。早餐比較豐富，中西餐都有。隔音一般，關上窗户轎車不咋聽得到，但是摩託聽的很清楚，海邊天天有人飆車不太行。 小小的缺點是客房打掃阿姨有點馬大哈，先是兩瓶都是沐浴露沒發現，然後是面巾忘記給。

住過大小城市的維也納酒店，這個酒店體驗最佳，洱海邊，幽靜，沒有通常維也納酒店艷俗的歐式油畫，布草新，床墊舒適，落地窗簾拉開，就可以欣賞洱海日出日落，頂樓還可以拍攝各種打卡照。稍不足:缺夜燈、晾衣繩，投入錢不多，店家再用心一下就更完美了。

地理位置優越，實實在在的一線海景房，馬路對面就是洱海。設施齊全，特別值得表揚的是六樓天台設定了海景打卡拍照設備，有天空之鏡、鞦韆等。服務熱情。每一個細節都很到位，除了房間配備的水電梯口還有備用水。我們住三個晚上，每天房間都打掃的乾乾淨淨。洗澡水也很好。以後有機會還會再來。

酒店地理位置很好，海景房視野很棒，一打開窗簾就是洱海，讓人心曠神怡，酒店6樓還有打卡拍照點很棒！就是房間地毯會容易顯得臟，還有衞生間和洗漱台能分離就更好啦

房間非常乾淨整潔，工作人員禮貌熱情，還幫我們升級了房型，睡得非常舒服，早上去了六樓看日出，照片就是日出的美景，晚上在濱海大道散步也是極好的。

感覺非常滿意的一家品牌連鎖酒店，客房裝飾風格簡約實用舒適，特別是屋頂觀光平台眺望洱海一覽無遺，是拍照、休閑、聊天的合適地方。早餐也很合口味，菜品不多但很可口。唯一遺憾就是沿馬路比較吵不能開窗通風，特別是住在一樓窗簾也不能拉開，外面就是人行道上路人來往。 設施：很人性化 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：很舒適 服務：熱情和氣
