ホテルはとても美しく、ウェイターと姉妹はとても熱心で気配りがあり、豊富な朝食だけでなくアフタヌーンティー、そして出発前のささやかな贈り物もあります！非常に満足のいく宿泊施設、間違いなく運賃の価値があります！次回もまた来ます！ 👍👍👍

The hotel is located in the centre of Dali Old Town near to 洱海门 so it's really close to all the cafes and resturants and the night markets in 人民路. Breakfasts at the hotel are good with a few options such as kid's menu and vegetarian choices. The hotel also provides essence oil for a good night's sleep and serving up evening tea that warms your heart. It's those little touches that make you feel so welcome. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They reached out to us before we even got there, giving us all the info we needed like the address and how to find the place. On the day of our departure, when we had to leave early and couldn't have breakfast, the staff prepared yoghurt, milk, and white bread for us to take along. This thoughtful gesture was truly appreciated and made our departure easier. We absolutely loved hanging out in the hotel's backyard garden and rooftop area. It was the perfect spot to relax, soak up the sun, and just chill. And let's not forget the adorable meow meow 🐱🐱 and doggies 🐶🐶 that added an extra dose of charm to our stay.

Right smack where the action is.Beautiful place to spend yr stay.Near yet away from the hustle and bustle and noise and all the honking n traffic of Dali old town. Service staff is fantastic. Make yr stay here as pleasant as can be. One thing to note would be if you do not intend to use their inhse washing machine n ask for laundry to be done outside. It could prove costly. Overall Highly recommended.

This place made our family’s trip in Dali way more meaningful and they live up to the standard they have promised(or maybe even more)! The staff are all helpful and friendly. Helps you settle some small request, but most importantly, makes you feel like home in the Dali ancient city! Everything is clean and the bed is SO COMFORTABLE! There are plenty of good food and places nearby since it’s located in the ancient city but no worries on the noise, hardly hear anything unless you go up on the rooftop. Will definitely come back again!

This was a beautiful stay. Very well designed and beautiful rooms. Clean, great location and exceptional service. Will definitely stay again next time.

設施：中規中矩畢竟也不新了，有個疑問，昨晚半夜1點20分房間智能門鈴一直在報警，我起身看了，用手擰了兩下把手，他就不響了，希望店家看一下監控，檢查好安防設備。 環境：入門在人民路邊的小巷裡，離方舟火鍋很近，還有個小院子，因為沒法延遲退房，所以在樓下咖啡廳的院子裏休息了一會，挺好的。 服務：服務不錯哦，走樓梯東西太重，小哥哥小姐姐幫忙拎了行李。 衞生：沒問題👌，特別是早餐，口味適中，份量剛好。

將近傍晚到達古城，古城內的人聲鼎沸與客棧內的恬然自得形成鮮明對比，管家很貼心，會主動出門迎接且把協助將行李放入房間。 房間是地中海設計風格，在民宿中可見設計的考究，房間內配備了一次性洗臉巾/浴巾/眼罩/面膜，房間很乾凈。對於常年外出的人來説，足夠貼心。 早餐一天是在草坪餐廳吃的，一天是送入房間的，既有當地特色米線【兩種口味】，又配有簡餐【三明治沙拉】，總之是很滿足。 很樂意給到五分好評，並推薦給朋友

體驗感非常不錯的民宿，酒店的配套設施絕對品位、優質。服務更是貼心，管家小姐姐很熱情、服務周到，在院子裏玩還特意為我們點了蚊香，送了花露水，庭院很美、很大，一家人在院子裏吃吃零食，吹吹風，盪鞦韆特別悠閑。

這裏的設計很獨特，在辦理入住處，可是攝影愛好者的拍照勝地。住宿裏面，服務很貼心，對於我睡眠不好的人來説，還有安神茶和香精，非常好。樓下是一個大院子，很有情調的咖啡館，可以看露天電影，可以營地喝茶，想發呆就發呆的好地方。尤其是我們的行程要求我們八點半離店，服務員知道後為我們特意做早飯，煮雞蛋烤麪包…，很貼心也暖心。我會介紹朋友來的。

這次旅行大理最滿意的一家民宿了，在古城裡卻特別安靜，裏面還有大的户外草坪，小狗也超級可愛粘人，喜歡喜歡喜歡。出行也方便，點外賣也方便，愛了，特別是這個女孩子管家無敵貼心，服務特別周到。

離大理古城洱海門2分鐘的路，出行是非常方便的了。服務特別親切，快到民宿了馬上來接，提前聯繫好，給了很多提示，小朋友不舒服也幫忙照顧着。房間很好，設施齊全，還有冷敷面膜，玫瑰噴霧，沒想到會有那麼很有體驗感的小物。很好的旅程！
