Quite improved experience. The location is super for easy access to SMU and I75

We enjoyed this hotel. It was very nice. It was clean. It was cute. 

Great location right off the highway and by college campus/Bush library. We enjoyed the room and design as well as the bar/commons area (unfortunately did not bring swim suits for the indoor pool for the cold rainy day, would have been nice). Was a little weird to not have ice available on the floors and finally figured out we had to just grap qt bags out of the freezer in the lobby (no one mentioned that) but for all the fun aesthetics and location there wasnt much we could complain about (as long as you look around and find the best price as online it was coming up wildly different). Overall would definitely stay again and recommend.

DO NOT STAY HERE! My car was broken into at 4:30 in the afternoon. The hotel did nothing for me. I asked to be comped and they said no. Not even a free breakfast. The manager didn’t call me back (I had to call 3 times) and they never answer the phone when you call. I stayed at this hotel a month prior and when I was checking in another guest was filing a report that her car was broken into. I didn’t think much about it at the time but recalled it when my car was broken into. This hotel could add security to their parking area but they choose not to. Seriously, stay at the Highland for a little more money and valet. The cost to fix my window was $400.

We stayed 3 days and 2 nights and overall enjoyed our stay! Hotel is decorated beautifully and it’s so aesthetically pleasing! Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The reason I am making this property “good” and not “great/excellent” is because it wasn’t all that clean and the condition of the property wasn’t great. The outlets in our bathroom were not secured to the wall but they still worked. The shower head was short and water pressure was not great but still really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

It was ok, i would have expected a bit of a better service meaning its a nicer hotel, my room wasnt cleaned, and when i asked they said they had just changed that to were its only cleaned per request, and HOW IS THE GUEST SUPPOSED TO KNOW? I stay at alot of hotels for business and they usually leave a sign for you to place at the door if that is the case, or they give you notice at front desk and that was not the case here, so i was very dissapointed. Also there is a $25 a night fee for parking, or a free garage parking byt the back of the hotel. Just FYI

We loved staying here! The pool was so warm, it was fun to swim with my kids during a winter storm. The food was great as well, best chicken and waffles ever!

The people were very friendly and welcome you with a drink as soon as you walk in. The bar/lounge area is cozy and the rooms are comfortable and clean. A little retro but classy.
