There aren't any bad things I can say about this hotel! We've stayed at a lot of high end resorts and this hotel is at the top! Great visit from check-in to checkout! Great customer service, beautiful decor, impeccably clean, and super comfortable beds! When in Dallas, this will be our go to hotel.

Property is slightly on the outdated side. It was clean but there was a little mildew in the shower which made me uncomfortable/avoid using it to shower. The front desk representatives during the day time were very friendly and attentive but the night/overnight were not. I had called the hotel front desk hours before our check in to let them know we would be arriving late after 10 PM. I reminded her of the crib request that I put in and to ensure it would be ready in the room so baby can sleep right away. She said no problem and documented it. We arrived at the property around 12:30 AM. The front desk person said there was no notes on the reservations from the prior person I spoke to over the phone. Basically there were no cribs available after we had to wait 20 mins for her to call around and check. The only solution she offered us was to cancel and refund the reservation and call other hotels to see if they had availability with a crib. She called around and told us there was a hotel farther out that had a crib but cost more to stay per night. This was ridiculous and unfair. I went out of my way to avoid this situation happening and the person I spoke to on the phone clearly LIED and didn’t do their job. When checked out at noon I made to sure to take the managers information and will be calling him tomorrow. We will never stay here again. There are plenty of newer, cleaner, more reliable, professional hotels for $300 a night.

The hotel was fine but ai was charged twice for the same stay and any attempts to contact the hotel remain unanswered so far. Obviously, my next step is the credit card charge back but it is unfortunate that the hotel isn't responsive even though I'm Bonvoy Gold tier.

Excellent in overall experience. Large specious room. Large bathroom. Plenty of towels. Housekeeping is provided upon request. I will definitely recommended this property to family and friends.

Everything was almost perfect, the staff was really nice and helpful but the pool was disgusting, lots of crickets and flies were floating all over the pool, was very disappointing

On the morning of check out, I called the front desk for a luggage cart. She was very rude. Then I asked if there was a valet charge because the man at check in told me just let them know and they would take it off. She tells me, 'uh, obviously they (the valet) didn't walk over here and tell us you valeted.' I did not get her name but she would remember being rude to me. That last encounter ruined all the good things. She needs a refresher in CUSTOMER SERVICE or get out of that field because she is not for customer service.

The hotel was very clean, it is very conveniently located. The staff was great and our room was clean and quiet. The rooftop pool and gym are clean and well kept. This is a great place to stay.
