La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas Love Field

I was told there was a free shuttle to the airport, which is why I chose the hotel. When I arrived, I learned there was NO shuttle and it cost me $50 each way for a taxi. You did not list this property correctly. Would you please reimburse me for my taxi rides? I can provide receipts if necessary

Nice hotel close to the airport with a shuttle, at least the night we arrived. The next morning when we came down for our reserved shuttle, we were told that the tags on their vehicle had expired and so there was no shuttle. Seriously?! They did call us an Uber and paid for it but still … keep up on your business details please. They had a nice breakfast with eggs and sausage, all the usual. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

I’ve stayed at many LaQuinta properties dating back to 1977. I’ve never experienced a filthier property. The LaQuinta shuttle from Dallas Love Field stops operating at 11pm, a fact that cannot be found anywhere on the booking site. We were left getting a cab at a cost of $49.00. Stay away from this property!

Checkin was awful. We waited and waited and waited for someone to check us in. No one came. I wandered the entire first floor and no one was there. Finally, someone came by and said that the clerk was in the restroom. More waiting. The clerk showed up MAD at the world. The refrigerator in the room was broken and I reported it. No one came to fix it. Waited and waited. Finally, I demanded a new room and a very nice repairman showed up and fixed the frig. When we left, the clerk was still mad at the world.

Was there to sleep the night so I can’t tell you to much about the neighborhood. Everything seemed to work well. The staff was 5 minutes late getting the breakfast out.

All good , only disappointed when i was late for breakfast and staff dditn offer me anything alternate . But overall it was good experience

It was nearly impossible to shower. The water trickled out tepid. The room had very poor lighting. The coffee at the breakfast bar was undrinkable. Take a second to stock your cooler and upgrade the terrible coffee to folgers or better.

The lobby has clearly had a snazzy update lately. Flashy art at the elevators and in the hallways! The rest of the hotel though..... Upon arriving in our room with travel-weary toddlers, it was disappointing to find that the TVs were not properly configured to the DirectTV system. My husband rewired one of them on his own while we waited 15 minutes for someone to come from the front desk to fix the other. The carpets and cabinetry are dated. It looks distressed, and not in a purposeful way. But the countertops and vanity were updated at least. The bed was clean-ish, but looked like the sheets had not been changed, only made up after the previous guests. Ew. Despite having requested a 630am morning shuttle to the airport the night before, upon checkout we found out that their shuttle driver had called in sick at 2am, & that they would have to call us an uber instead. Thankfully, they paid for that and secured a vehicle large enough to fit my entire family & our 5 pieces of luggage. Also, we were disappointed to discover at 630am that the free breakfast would not be prepared until 7am (on weekends). Again thankfully, the front desk clerk was able to secure a few packaged blueberry muffins so that we wouldn't have to hear it from 2 drowsy and grumpy toddlers all the way to the airport. Overall, our stay here did the job. But I didn't feel that the pictures & description we saw online which persuaded us to choose this location were an accurate representation of what we got.

The girl at the front desk was friendly and efficient The room was decently clean and bed was comfy. The heater/AC didn’t work, you could hear dogs barking and loud noises all night long, only one key card worked, the alarm clock started going off a 5:00am (we did not set it). None of the outlets on the right side of the bed worked.
