Great location.., close to American Airlines Center. Good option for a Mavericks game. Fair breakfast.. Big and comfortable room. I’ll stay again..!

Overall it was ok. The ice machine in the room was very loud and leaking. Patrons on our floor were also loud and smoking.

This property is NOISY! Make sure you have a white noise app on your phone. The breakfast is bare minimum and they ran out of a lot of stuff quickly.

This property is badly in need of an interior update and repair. You are not getting your money’s worth for price they charge given condition of property. My room had a lot of rotten and damaged wood on the floorboards, a large stain on the drapes, and rust in the bathroom For two of the three days, no hot water in the shower.

Temperature in room was very hard to control. Hotel was very old. Staff spoke nearly no English. Workout room never had water filled.

While not “bad” this hotel left a bit to be desired. The room felt dirty and the shower had a weird drainage / vent pipe sticking out of the ceiling. The biggest concern was that we definitely wanted fresh towels and housekeeping between our two nights at the hotel. We called that morning and were told it wouldn’t be a problem. We even confirmed it with the housekeeping staff in the hallway. When we got back at the end of the day, the room had not been cleaned, no fresh linens or sheets and we we asked we were told “sorry we don’t have record of your request and there is no housekeeping staff on site this late in the day.” Grrrr

Pretty much the only thing going for this place is the walking distance proximity to the AAC. The property is very run down and extremely noisy. Maybe the renovations in progress will help with the conditions, but between the other guests and the constant squealing tires outside all night it wasn’t a great experience considering the price and all.

Terrible! They messed up reservation. I had a reservation for 6 people and they gave me a one bed room and expected me to pay for an additional room bc they were all “booked”. Room was dirty and smelling. Honestly would not book here again.
