We checked in to the hotel around 1:30am. After taking a very long time to look up my reservation, I was given keys to one room that apparently already had someone in it and had to return to the front desk for another long process to get another room.
We went to check the room out before unloading the car only to find several BUGS under the bed mattress. We immediately returned to the front desk and requested a refund as it was now after 2am and we needed to find a place with no bugs. There was also another customer at the front desk requesting a refund due to being assigned TWO different rooms with bugs. We were denied a refund and were told we could try another room but we did not want to waste time on another likely bug infested room so we left to find another hotel. Quality Inn has denied both our refund request in person and the request for a refund made through *******. They claim to have a no refund policy with NO exceptions…. including bugs in the rooms. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The lobby was the most updated. The room wasn't nasty, but certainly didn't feel clean, by any means. There were spider webs in the corners...there was a weird smell..and it just look like they "tried" to make it look updated. The concrete steps are in bad shape and infested with some kind of bugs. The breakfast was satisfactory. The fact that there was only 1 ice machine and its location, was quite inconvenient. Most likely wouldn't choose to stay here again.

When i first arrived i was told that the hotel is currently under construction for remodel. I though ok, no problem.
The first room i was given after driving around to the backside, we noticed the room door was wide open and a light was on in the back of the room. I assumed the bathroom light. I was alone with my daughter and was not comfortable entering the room in the dark on the backside of the hotel.
The second room we were given was upstairs. We went up there door was closed but we noticed we could push it right open. The door would not latch or lock.
The front desk clerk then offered a room that was just canceled and fully remodeled on the front side of the hotel. The clerk walked me to the room and there were tint roaches scurrying when we opened the door and turned the lights on.
Needless to say, i #1 didnt feel safe there and #2 did not want to lay down among the roaches and possibly even bring them home.

Cable TV, not good channels. The sheets were very dirty, the room smelled very bad, the bathroom took a long time to fill the tank, my daughters woke up with pimples, bites, maybe the beds had fleas, I won't stay there again.

The room rate was excellent, room was very clean and comfortable but without frills. Exterior seems to be under construction/repair. Otherwise perfect for getting a good nights sleep, shower and breakfast at a great price

This facility needs extreme renovation. There was an big gap between ceiling and wall in my room. You could see daylight all around the closed door. There was a huge dust covered spider web in the front corner of the ceiling. The tub had chips in the enamel and no stopper. There were stains running down the wall behind the mini-fridge I went to the store and purchased cleaners to clean and sanitize the room. I only stayed because my room was prepaid and I was not prepared to go somewhere else. Another visitor staying in the same hotel told me that their room had gaps in the ceiling also. I will never stay there again. Can't believe this is a Wyndham property! :-((
