ハイアット プレイス フォート ローダーデール エアポート & クルーズ ポート(Hyatt Place Ft Lauderdale Airport Cruise Port)

Hotel is about 15 min drive from FLL Airport, location is nearby the highway, so don’t expect too much, I paid like US$180 for just one night, I thought is kind of expensive, as hotel is very basic, and they only allowed check in after 3pm, as I disembarked from a cruise ship, got into the hotel early, so unable to get any room available, went shopping at a mall near Miami, came back at 3pm, room still not ready, make to wait another 1 hr, till 4pm then able to obtained the room key, breakfast was nothing great, very basic & dining area look so cheap!

There wasn’t a bar or restaurant as described online The water pressure in the shower is laughable. There is very little water pressure. It took me 30 minutes to rinse and shampoo my hair. My hair was like straw. I don’t think I got all of the soap out.

Overall ok experience. Great location that's walking distance to many shopping and restaurants. Very fast to get to the cruise port, but I'd recommend getting an Uber or Lyft if you're traveling with family bevause it is $15 per person to shuttle from the hotel to the port. We got there early and asked if we could check-in early. The receptionist said that the cleaning crew was wrapping up at getting our room ready and that she would let us know by contacting us via phone number. We waited in the lobby for two hours before going back up there and asking about the availability. She was surprised that we were still waiting for our room. She must had forgotten about us or didn't pay attention since she was mostly on her phone at the front desk. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom could have been better, the door seemed to hit the toilet every time you open and close it. There also wasn't any fan in the bathroom. The sink outside of the bathroom was nice, yet weird since you have to open the door with unsanitized hands. The beds were comfortable but my son said the sofa pullout bed was like sleeping on the ground. It probably would have better for him to have slept on the sofa the way it was.

room size was good and location was convenient. Shuttle was handy and breakfast was good. Room was clean but..... found a cockroach in our room. Pull out sofa bed was old and impossible to sleep on. Shower was ok but not very strong.

The breakfast was good, the shuttle drivers are very nice and professional. This the place to stay I will be using this hotel from now on. Great staff overall!! I was traveling with a baby and a 7 year old. So many restaurants to choose from and the drive to the airport is about 7-10 minutes. Walgreens and Walmart or close by too.

We stayed at Hyatt place and walked over to Hyatt house and met bat tender Melissa OMW this women was amazing between her speciality cocktails and her personality I would go back just for her!! Both buildings we really nice and our room was lovely big and clean....definitely staying here again when we cruise out of fort lauderdale

The free airport shuttle was a huge bonus. Breakfast was great. Hotel is generally a bit rundown. The room was below average with very rickety doors and fingerprints on everything. The way the sun was shining in when we arrived let us see fingerprints on the door, microwave, countertop, fridge. There was a hairball and crumbs on the pull out couch. All was quite disconcerting but for the one night stay on our flight stopover, wasn’t worth worrying too much about. To be honest, I expected a lot more from the Hyatt.

The property is great ! Rooms big and comfortable beds ! But the water is the tub is yellow and staff didn’t do anything to fix it !
