Very nice service and all team member service and coordination, water function is good, hotel service crew is good, rate of hotel is reasneble it’s less then others, I really like this hotel, I am planning again for this location with my business team

It is was amazing and get good experience . food quality is also good and staff is very co-oprative . Room was very clean . Breakfast was good. Room amenities was good . Check out and check in process was very comfortable.

Hi All dear future guest.. kind attention I had a very very add 10 more very or as much as you can for my poorest experience of this hotel. The service and staff of this hotel are DEMONS and Ghost making this hotel a DAAK BANGLA or a ghost house for guest. If you ask for water please wait atlist 2 hours the demon will come and ask you KAUN SA PAANI Chahiye ??? If you are surprised that electricity gone in room the another ghost will come and tell I DONT KNOW HOW IT HAPPEN. Than u will have tough time in getting new room I had waited 3 hours 2am till 5am in the night to get new room. Anyways I will never stay or recommend this DAAK BANGLA to any of my friends and potential guest rather wud advice them not to take this hotel... A demotry is better. My advice to owner of hotel that you guys invested so much building this dream accommodation please change your hotel staff on yesterday basis and create good feeling for guest :+) all the best guys you will never have any recommendations and intelligent people reading this review will never rather should not come to your hotel... the general ***ager assured for refund today tomorrow today it's been more than a month now he not even responding calls ...BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL I WILL ALSO SEND THIS COMMUNICATION TO WHOLE TRAVEL AGENT NETWORK NOT TO PROMOTE THIS HOTEL GUEST WILL BE HARRASSED
