Great experience. Lovely and professional staff. Lead by the manager Naresh awesome and professional manager. The receptionist Ms Devota she was very warm and friendly made us feel very comfortable and home. The entire team were friendly and professional. Never seen a hotel with very unordered staff....from front office to the restaurant. Late check ons are treated like a bother and they do not shy from showing it. They even told us the kitchen is closed despite them knowing that our group was check in late in tge evening. Rooms quite damp too, you have to be on AC 24/7

The hotel is not baby friendly at all…when doing baby food order its very difficult.Kindly the management needs to visit Pride inn in Shanzu and just get to see why the hotel is ever full.They handle babies with alot of priority.Babies food her is even being charged😳.Again their water park has no life savers,no one to even issue towels.Its just a boring place to go with kids. Most of the hotels have visited even in Dubai a baby 2 years is never charged anything.Here from milk,juice,fruits getting is a real struggle.The charges then makes it worse

I wish they put more effort in cleaning the beaches. There are crazy amounts of plastic and clothes piled up everywhere on the beaches. Only the first beach where tourists hang out and take pictures is properly cleaned. For such a hotel which makes huge profit, it is their social responsibility to invest some of this profit in cleaning the beaches properly. Also most of the trash is just piled up in a corner of the beach so it is just a continuous accumulation of trash. I understand it is not the hotel's fault if people throw garbage in the sea but since the garbage is on their beaches and since they have the financial capacity, I find it very sad that they don't take it seriously.

1) Be sure to stay in the updated section or room. It's makes a difference. 2) Even though you stay in an updated room, the bathrooms need updating. I don't know what it is about grouting and old tiles, but it's kinda dingy. Only place I saw modern bathrooms was the Hyatt Kiliminjaro 3) The AC worked great, which is a big deal in this town, especially since the power goes off all the time 4) WiFi was OK, but the power cut off all the time, so you never know. Again, only place this didn't happen much as the Hyatt 5) If you need rest or like quiet rooms, you better ask if you are facing one of the many private events they host on property. My ocean view room faced a lawn they hosted wedding ceremonies, kids' birthday parties, receptions. Let me tell you - it was LOUD. The speakers were under my balcony. My windows literally vibrated from the base. There was zero way I can have a work Zoom, phone call or even take a nap. I had to complain to the front desk but they just say "oh. ok" 6) Breakfast wasn't anything great. Warm fruit. Dried eggs in chafing dishes. Stewed beans. Coffee wasn't good 7) cleaning staff is great and thorough 8) There's no liquid dish soap in the kitchenettes or sponges 9) There's a good supermarket about 5 min away if you need it

we booked the hotel for Friday the 23rd to Tues the 26th, we asked at the time of booking could we have a sea facing room, we were told those rooms had been booked solid. so on arrival they told us to wait in the lobby we waited for over an hour they came to us and we were surprised that they gave us a room sea facing, wow we thought this was great but NO there was a wedding party right outside our room, when I asked about it they just said it would be over by 11pm, it was still going at 12:30 am, I can only guess the original people that had booked the room changed the room before we got there and took our room at the back. the shower is the smallest shower in the world you can not get inside the shower and close the door because the door opens into the shower, nightmare, the food is not good the buffet is very poor the food was very cold, and they ran out of food during the buffet, A La Carte is scandalous, they have no Idea how to present an A la carte table or the presentation of the food my dish which was a simple dish was floating in horrible butter which I did not ask for. our experience was so bad we checked out on Christmas morning, we shall never return to this place.
