PPriya24Isolated north of Darwin. Very quiet and peaceful just around 20 minutes from town. There is a restaurant onsight that operates breakfast n dinner. Pleasant place thought the pool can use some cleaning. Otherwise, good stay!
匿匿名ユーザーWe stayed here for just one night, but the location and facilities were excellent!
Located in the CBD, there are classic restaurants and bars nearby. There was also a live music show, which we really enjoyed while drinking cold beer!
The security was good, and the staff were friendly!
PPETER DENNISThe hotel is well located to shopping and restaurants, as well as easy vehicular access. Their downside is the limited undercover parking and the need to book a space. Otherwise, you will need to use available, nearby public spaces.
The hotel has automated checking, but staff were on hand to make sure all goes smoothly. If a second key is required, it has to be generated by staff.
Breakfast is not done in the hotel, but a voucher is provided to go to Salvatores Cafe in the same building. You have a choice of dine in or take-away.
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
ゲゲストGreat location. Basic rooms with comfortable bed. Limited options for breakfast - we eventually found out about the “pool view” cafe in the Novotel (the pool is dry) which had better breakfast options for us as we had small children who only wanted toast and not the buffet breakfast at the Mercure. (We were told it would be $15 for children over 5 (our grandchild is 6) but then other people said they were told it was free.!? Had some trouble with parking - paying guests should be assigned at least 1 car park per room - however this wasn’t the case and we had to park in the “overflow” area across the road and carry our luggage over. Definitely need a car or vehicle to go anywhere. Great new pool but don’t stand on the fake turf on a hot day as it burns your feet! Don’t forget to ask for “Territorian rates” if you are a local - show your drivers licence and get a discount.
SSrdWReception is separate from the building I was out to stay. I had to walked around the buildings before arriving at the reception area.
Very noisy at night time. Young people yelling and laughing like they are own the building around 11:00 pm. Another yelling and laughing talking very loudly after midnight. It’s a nightmare when you trying to sleep and could not get some rest.
Very disappointed. I’m not recommending anyone to stay because of my experience. I founds 3 cockroaches on the walls. Very small room too
I could not see iron board in the room
