They messed up badly; Night one the phone kept ringing while my wife was trying to sleep and when she didn't answer they came to the door and tried to open scaring immensely.
3rd night they insisted it was only booked 3 nights and kept bothering her so she had to get out of her sick bed to down to handle it at reception and show them the document showing 4 Nights booked. Overall we would Not recommend this hotel at this point until they upgrade their customer service.
I’ll not recommend this hotel for u guys, because they’re not allowing to bring craving foods like fruits(langka ,marang and durian) and their toilet has no exhaust fan and the toilet water is over flowing. They’re also not have antenna for TV.And if you stain the linen unintentionally you must be pay the penalty worth ¥2500 and then they'll give you the linen tn take home.
This is my second time booking to this hotel. At first we were given a room that smells and look so old. It's ok if the room is outdated except for the odor. I requested to be moved to another room in which the receptionist transfered us to the newly renovated building. Location is walking distance to stores and main road. Buffet is not as good as pre pandemic. Few selections to choose from. Services were good.
