My experience here was a bit funny yet disappointing. At the front desk, i was indirectly looked down by the staff by saying “its not your first time to book in hotel right?” And i can see on her face like shes doubting when i said no. Also she told “let me tell you in adv that we dont have slippers, no ref, no soap” she is like indirectly saying that “oh dont complain we dont have those😅” anyway its fine if they dont have like that. Just you say it in a proper and positive way.
