We enjoyed our stay at Perry’s! The indoor pool was great when the summer showers appeared! It is super close to Winn Dixie and Putt Putt

By far the best place to stay in Daytona. They have done a fantastic job renovating the property and rooms. Large rooms with 2nd room kitchen. Views were great and beds very comfortable. Bonus was the wonderful donuts for free every morning. I come to Daytona annually and this will be the only place I stay.

The location is perfect because it’s in super close walking distance to iHop, Winn Dixie, and 7Eleven. The beach was absolutely beautiful of course. Upon checking in I found the woman who checked us in to be less than pleasant, but maybe she was having a bad day—Honestly that’s not an excuse, but whatever it is what it is, we got checked in. Make sure you only bring 1 vehicle per car because they’re very strict on that rule. The parking lot is ridiculously small, but we made it work. The room was updated and though it wasn’t stated on the room description that it had a stove, it did have two flat surface burners on the counter which was great. The children’s room has no door, so if that bothers you bring a sheet. The bathroom needed to be cleaned better because the toilet was unclean especially on the outside around the bottom. The balcony is nice and big which I liked, but I would’ve liked it better had when I asked for an upper level they put me above level 2. The pools are nice, the outdoor pool is smaller than the indoor pool. The amenities are alright, they’ve got cornhole, golf, shuffleboard (all that I noticed). The bathrooms outside is nice and convenient because they’re close to the pools / patios. Would I book another room here— yeah I suppose. Oh, the Tiki bar has some nice affordable drinks as well— I’m not sure about the food though.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Everyone was friends. I highly recommend

Great place to stay, very family friendly. Staff is excellent. Easy access to the beach, great views from the room. Easy access to about everything.

Every employee we met during our stay were very friendly and helpful. Had a problem with a mattress in our room and it was dealt with immediately after I mentioned it. Very nice place and we will definitely return, it is clean and well maintained.

Rooms could definitely use better cleaning. None of the sinks or bath drained properly. When turning on the shower, the water does not switch to shower fully, it's very loud and very annoying and half the water pressure. There's no exhaust fan whatsoever in the bathroom either.

Nice updated roadside motel with some amenities that we really didn’t experience too much but looked nice. It’s on the beach so that’s a great location asset. It’s not a fancy hotel so don’t expect as much. But it’s clean and located in a nice spot.

Our room was completely uncleaned my feet were solid black walking on the floor and I didn't even go outside to the beach I had to sweep and clean my own floors and pay the absorbent amount of money to stay there the room was musty and closed up smelling which I expect musty at the ocean but this was different! Also there's no hangers for the door housekeeping was bothering us by 8:00 in the morning three times before checkout unacceptable!! I'm on vacation I do not want housekeeping waking me up three times before my checkout time
