This hotel on arrival didn’t look too bad at all, we had an amazing guest services team member, Cory who was super helpful and I couldn’t fault him.
However, it was clearly a busy period but that’s zero reason for the state of the room; hairs and grime all over. They add one tissue into the tissue box and the rest is empty.
No cups/tea or coffee amenities and we had to request. We were told there weren’t any!
Additional parking charge we weren’t aware of, despite a huge mass of open space that absolutely doesn’t warrant a charge for!!
Barely any amenities nearby so don’t choose for location purposes.
Compared the Hilton I stayed the night before is miles apart. Standards here are very poor despite the hard work of the staff. I suspect Hilton does not provide or allocate enough.
It was also very noisy, you also can’t get out of the bed on one side as you’re wedged in with a table and unnecessary arm chair.
Pros: bed/pillows were very comfy and clean!
