オーシャン ヴィラ オブ ディアーフィールド

So I booked this the day of, but did my research. In my research I read about Debbie a lot so let’s talk about her first. Debbie is rude and will tell you what she thinks you need even if it is not what you want BUT once you break that Staten Island barrier down she is very nice. So give her a chance! I also read a couple reviews about ROACHES but since there was only a couple I figured it wasn’t common and maybe just a one off situation that was corrected by now. The place is a semi halfa$$ed renovated hotel which could be an awesome spot if they added a little attention to detail such as changing the old dirty light switches and outlets. They are literally a couple bucks each. The room was pretty clean from what I could see but what we found on the kitchen sink in the morning ruined the high cleanliness rating. Yup you guessed it a  ROACH. See picture for proof.  Overall good spot to stay and great deal, but after the roach issue is taken care of. And if you own this place and are reading this, put a little more love into your investment. People will notice.

Room was clean and nice. The recliner was a GREAT feature, although it was a little bit rickety when reclined, but did not cause me a problem. (May need some tightening on left side when in the chair.) The person on duty in the office was very nice. The location was awesome, just a block from the beach and convenient to shopping and great resaurants.

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip. Perfect for the family. Beds were comfy, room was clean, service was excellent! Will definitely return in the future when we make another trip up to the mainland.

Older property that has upgraded very nicely. The terrazzo floor and jalousie windows is some areas reminded me allot of when I was a kid growing up in Miami. The only thing it needed was a bit more overhead lighting in the bedroom. The Property Manager was always making sure everything was just right. The best part: The beach was just a short walk away. 2nd time here and still a wonderful place to stay st, just a short walk to the beach. For me a hidden jewel in Deerfield Beach.

Beautiful, clean and amazing place!

We first stayed at Ocean Villas about six years ago and found it an excellent value for clean, basic accommodations near the beach. This time, we found the facility had gotten a nice exterior facelift, and the rooms were as before clean and serviceable. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Rooms have good-sized refrigerators, microwaves, sinks, and basic dishes. Beds are comfortable. Some rooms are much smaller than others for the same number of guests. Our room had only one small bedside lamp for lighting, though we found a second small reading lamp in the closet. There's a nice pool area with lounge chairs. There is no housekeeping (though one can have towels replaced by leaving them outside), and the office is only open briefly around check-in and check-out times (lockbox arrangements are made for those arriving later). Unfortunately, the price has increased significantly, while the facilities and service remain at the budget-hotel level, so the value for the money is not as good as in the past.

we were in town for my daughters wedding and our family and friends stayed at ocean Villas. the rooms were very nice, clean and remodeled. We really appreciated the beach chairs that were available for our use. Deb the manager was extremely nice, helpful and accommodating for our large group.  I can't say enough good things about Deb and the staff! We will definitely stay at Ocean Villas the next time we are in town! I completely recommend this gem of a hotel!!!
