ラマダ バイ ウィンダム ムッソーリ モール ロード(Ramada by Wyndham Mussoorie Mall Road)

We stayed here for couple of nights. Hotel is situated at Mall Road which is busy area. Getting here takes little effort.Has good view of Doon valley. Rooms are decent. Food at the restaurant was okay. Service is good… but gets slow sometimes. Overall decent stay.

Nothing can be better than the treatment, care and overall very welcoming. Staff very soft spoken and caring. I am 75 now and my birthday falling 6th May has been celebrated with lots of fun And spirit. HATS OF TO YOUR HOTEL AND STAFF. MY BEST WISHES . I am particularly mentioning few names which are exilent from all consideration. 1.Ms PARIDHI 2- Ms Taniya 3- Chef Rakesh 4- Mr Chauhan 5- Mr Manjot

Staycation was really awesome. Staff was very courteous especially Tanya , Anjali , Manjot , Nikhil , Pradeep , Vijayendra , Sharmila and room & ambience was really best. Got an early checkin too. All amenities are available. Room service was really good.

Great place to stay with family.They have activities like Tambola archery in the evening ***** with high tea music.They have a friendly staff .The food served by Tanya from the food&beverages department was quick enough ! Ramada is located opposite picture palace on the mall .Its convinient to stroll in the evening on the mall. Overall 8.5/10

Excellent hospitality food were very testy and room was very comfortable staff was very humble and polite I would like Thanks to miss Taniya she is very helpful and Mr Manjot f&b manager and Mr Vijender was very helpful person I am definitely come again

Ramada is a nice property with delicious food in the buffet. Garden valley view rooms are the best options. Dinner buffet is delicious with lots of food options like fish, chicken and mutton. Presence of the hotel on the mall road makes it easily accessible for shopping and evening activities. I came to Mussorie with family for 3 nights and it's worth staying in the hotel, but with the high price range. Tambola activity in the lawn area in evening is also good one, with snacks and high tea. Glass house restaurant is awesome in the night time with lights on. Best part is available space for car parking and then no need to take your car for going to market. Take the pleasurable walk for the daily market trips.. Downsides of this property - kids games are chargeable and doesn't resonate well with the 5 star hotel culture. Kid games are complementary in other properties like Trident and Leelas.

We enjoyed very well. Behaviour of staff was very gentle.Food and everything was very nice.There is a garden .Our kids played and enjoyed there . Taniya was very responsible and she asked and helped us in all aspects…………………………………………………..

Ambience of the hotel is really very good ***** with open lawn cum garden. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Food and hospitality ***** with staff behaviour is really commendable. We appreciate the hospitality provided by Tanya in restaurant was amazing. Overall we find our stay very comfortable and recommend to others to stay and enjoy.
