Good Service esp from Abhijeet and Prassoom who assisted for an emergency. Room service is ok. Reception and Counter staff very polite and helpful. Rooms needs upgrading especially the toilets and television. Breakfast is limited. Dinner buffet can improve

I stayed here everything is perfect during out stay Mr prasoon jha guide us to best hotelier ever I have seen and knowledgeable too will come again. During our stay he helped us so much and the food was awesome really loved it. Good knowledge of local areas to visit.

Food have no m varities, too salty, the plates are old have scratch, It have to be cleaned very well, e. g under the bed and under tables,... always there is a dust: it have to be prepared without salt. everyone can have table salt on the table. please don't add salt! 😭

Great service, great staff they really are charmers. One of the best experiences I have had in a hotel and it’s restaurant in a long long time. Experiences like this make you realise that without good staff a Restaurant is nothing. I hope they are paid well..

The rooms and service was very good . Especially Kavita and Neha were very good. The hotel is value for money . The location is 5-6 kms from the ghat. But it is located on the main road so it's a good calm place . I would come back here if I come to haridwar.

The front desk is rude. The ***agement should take note of this. Only Aditi at front desk is helpful rest everyone is rude. My door lock was not working instead of apologizing; the front desk staff was asking me how did it happen, when did it happen and this happened right after i checked in. They dont even check the rooms before giving it to the guest. I was given an inter connected room where the half room which has a door separation was given to some other guest. Nobody informed me about this. I only got to know about this when I went to open the door and the staff stopped me from doing this. Really really shameful. I kept running for nearly 2 hours for this problem. But still nobody said sorry. This Hotel is not like other fern hotels. On the other hand, the restaurant staff is really efficient. Sonam, Kavita, Vipin and Neha were really helpful. They made our stay memorable. Only the restaurant in this hotel is worth staying for. The rooms need an upgrade. The bathrooms need an upgrade too. ***ju from the house keeping staff made efforts to make us feel comfortable.
