The hotel did not have an available room although reservation was confirmed and the fee was fully paid in advance. The hotel refused to cancel the booking although it is not offering room, meaning the hotel is not willing to refund, and did not offer any help at midnight to find another accommodation. At the end, the *********** investigated and cancelled my reservation at free of charge, as hotel was “not reachable” when the *********** agents called more than 5 times in about 5 hours. After 3 months, the refund has not been paid. What made it even worse is that the hotel staff were so rude, pretended not speaking English once the situation was not good for them. I ended up looking for another hotel in the middle of the night alone as a female traveler.
