2022年2月に妹の結婚旅行で滞在するため、ホテル ディプロマット レジデンシーを予約しました。3日間で18部屋を予約しました。素晴らしい滞在でした。家族もゲストも温かいもてなしに大満足でした。ホテルは間違いなく心地よい雰囲気に満ちており、スタッフは物腰柔らかで礼儀正しく、食事は美味しく、清潔で、セキュリティも良好でした。そして何より、ズバイル氏（マネージャー）の対応とおもてなしが素晴らしかったです。このホテルには5つ星を付けます。知り合いにもこのホテルを勧めました。またぜひ訪れてみたいです。

「我が家のようにくつろげる」まさに素晴らしいホテル。南デリーの中心部という便利なロケーションで、清潔で快適。スタッフはフレンドリーで、いつでも喜んでお手伝いします。フロント オフィスのスタッフはいつでも喜んでお手伝いします。到着すると、受付マネージャーの Rajeev が温かく迎えてくれ、市内の主要スーパーマーケット、ショップ、レストラン、旅行オプションに関するアドバイスやヒントを提供し、旅を楽しいものにしてくれました。素晴らしい館内キッチンで、本当に家庭のような食事が楽しめます。このホテルを皆さんに強くお勧めします。滞在中、特別なご対応をしてくださった Rajeev とスタッフに感謝します。

ムールチャンド メドシティ病院から退院後、2 か月を過ごしました。無料の朝食、おいしいランチとディナーをいただきました。ホテルの管理スタッフ、特にホテルのマネージャーとは良好な関係を築くことができました。マネージャーは勤勉で、人間関係も良好です。家族を代表して、愛情、協力、サービスに心から感謝いたします。ホテルを予約するよう他の人に勧めることをためらいません。ありがとうございました。神のご加護がありますように。アダム タウヒド。

私たちは健康診断のためにデリーに行き、ホテルディプロマットに3日間滞在しました。素晴らしい滞在でした。地域で最高のホテルを手頃な料金でご利用いただけます。朝食のレイアウトとスタッフ全員のサービスは素晴らしかったです。とても丁寧です。食事もとても美味しかったです。私たちがそこに行くときは必ず同じホテルを訪れるでしょう。まさにコストパフォーマンス。

My stay was great, nice hotel right in the heart of new delhi but it's very old property needs upgrade

The location of this hotel was excellent. It was adjacent to ring road near lajpat nagar market. Restaurant food was very good. Liked the ambience

Great stay, clean room and bathroom with full amenities, wonderful and helpful staff. Very safe experience staying there as a single working woman.

This place is not what it looks like in pictures. The rooms in pictures have good european kind of looks but in reality it’s just old place which needs a little more maintenance. The location of this place is good as it’s close to lajpat nagar metro and also market. And convenient otherwise. The housekeeping staff is also helpful. But wasn’t quiet happy with reception and the way customer service should be given by them. They used to randomly switch off the room ac and we had to call and inform the reception to start it. Was little weird for me.

Property is clean but rooms are very small, not able to move with luggage. For family it is tough and while booking they have shown big rooms. Where i was stayed was good for only one person not family

Central location with easy access to transport. Old yet clean hotel. Breakfast menu could be more extensive. Overall a good stay

Rooms as shown in pictures are totally different from reality. Tho location is good and staffs are professional great and humble. But hotel lacked ambiance and looks. Ac was not working at good temperature.

I would not recommend this hotel. There is nothing good from service to rooms. Worst experience so far

I had an enjoyable stay, however, the bathrooms were not particularly user-friendly. The staff were pleasant and courteous, and the food was of a good standard.
