Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Two available bedrooms with plenty of closet space and room to play and relax. One full bathroom and half downstairs. Amazing views of accessible nature trails, nature preserves, ponds, athletic sports complex with kid and dog parks all around you. You have access to washer and dryers, full kitchen for cooking and storing drinks, tv, all streaming services, wifi. Really close to shopping centers, restaurant's, movie theatre, etc... Security is top priority in the case of any unforeseen incidents occur. For security purposes there’s a Ring Doorbell camera and a Ring hallway camera facing the back of the front door and stairs for added safety. On the front door there’s ring security notifications on the front and back stating to be aware of the property is protected by Ring security.About pets:No pets allowed, service animals permitted.Ask first under request.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:At no time can the property be used as a party venue per city ordinance. The host was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. The townhouse was comfortable and clean with close access to stores and restaurants. My only complaint was that it smelled like someone had smoked there recently.

Great location, safe neighborhood and easy parking. Loved the large sofa and also enjoyed having a refrigerator with ice/water dispenser. Master bedroom, the bed was very comfortable. The townhome could use a deep cleaning and communication with owner was difficult. However, it is a nice town home and in a great location.

Clean, cozy, and comfortable This place was perfect for our weekend stay. It was super clean and had everything we would need to stay longer if we wanted to. The kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms had what we needed. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and felt safe. The host was helpful and responsive. He even went out of his way to help us with some items left behind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a comfortable place to visit all the amazing sites in the area!

Girls weekend Wanted to spend a quiet weekend relaxing and catching up with friends. Was a great location. Beds weren’t that comfortable, but everything else was perfect. And was fine for the short time we were there.
