家族での滞在にはお勧めできません。理由はいくつかあります。部屋には騒音センサーが設置されていますが、キッチンとリビングの真ん中にあり、あらゆる音が反響します。ちょっとした物音でもセンサーが作動し、退去を迫るメールが届きました。まるで*の上を歩いているような気分でした。ペット可と謳っていますが、犬を散歩させる場所がなく、芝生の代わりに石があちこちにあります。駐車場の状況も奇妙で、駐車場所が明確に指定されておらず、どのガレージに駐車できるかを推測するしかありませんでした。

Great location and amenities for kids - pool and great playground. Overall, great place to stay especially with kids. However the beds are extremely uncomfortable and no one in my family got good sleep. Bed extremely firm and lumpy, pillows way too soft. Also, we used the parking garage which was very convenient the second night. It would have been nice to know that street parking is extremely limited, so paying for parking is kind of a must. It also would have been a nice touch in the parking instructions to mention looking for the “reserved for Kasa” parking spaces on the first level to the right. It’s not completely obvious and we ended up parking in a random spot and then later saw the signage. The parking instructions only stated to enter the garage and make sure to hang the parking pass visible- not that there were designated spots.

convinced it wasn’t cleaned at all. when we arrived on the patio, there was a trash bag full of stuff. We were later than blamed for smoking in the apartment because in the trash bag they found outside had cigarette butts. No one in my group smoke cigarettes at all and they still are blaming us and trying to charge us $250. In my bedroom when i got into bed the sheets weren’t even fully on had to make my own bed.

The place was really nice. The noise outside was a buzz kill. Couldnt sleep with the train noise. Bed was comfortable. Everything else was very good

The property was good. The beds weren't very comfortable. But location is great.

Kitchen was not adequately stocked for cooking. TV didn't work in the unit. One roll of toilet paper and paper towels for 11 nights. The parking situation is tough. The parking pass to enter the garage didn't work half the time and if you don't have the lanyard after 8 pm you can't get up the elevator. So a little frustrating.

We had a beautiful 2 bedroom corner unit with wraparound balcony, it was perfect! Great amenities, and convenient location to downtown.

Very easy check-in check out. Very comfortable. Extremely convenient to family that lives in the building. Full kitchen, laundry in the unit.
