Toilet is loud throughout the night but nice shuttle service

I expected the hotel to be a little better than it was but for the price it was ok. You get what you pay for. There was a little roach crawling on one of the pillows in one of the beds. I know things happen but it was a little disturbing. Staff was nice and easy check in. Shuttle was on time.

Clean friendly good serving Prompt service helpful pulse they shuttle was prompt with great drivers.

It was okay. Early breakfast and free shuttle to and from airport.

Just what I needed! A quiet a place To reset on a long layover

很滿足滿意，商務出差，第一次預訂 距離機場十多分鐘車程，很方便 就是早飯沒什麼可吃的，熱水、咖啡，麪包。 酒店還有免費接送機服務，機場接機半小時一班

去黃石公園旅遊，特意選了這家有機場巴士的酒店。但是我們下了飛機打電話問，説在某個地方等就可以，每半個小時就一趟。結果是左等右等都沒有車，其他酒店的車一輛接一輛的。我們又打電話，説快到了，又等還是沒有。快一個小時了，又打電話他們説不知道怎麼回事，現在找車。然後又過了十幾分鍾才有車了。到酒店都快10點半了，我們九點就出了機場了，大晚上餓着肚子等了一個小時。實在太生氣了，給個差評不為過！

希望早點退還按金137.74美金！

As with traveling at this time of the year, quite busy. But staff at check was very friendly and helpful, and should be commended. My room and amenities was outstanding, as was the shuttle service.

Do not know what was going on, but had to show id to even go out to car and come back in. Large # of people hanging outside at all times, guard at the doors. Wont be going back.

We actually were moved to Sleep Inn because of maintenance issues at Microtel Inn. Hotel was so clean, and the bed was very comfy.

It seems to be a home for migrant workers. The men are bussed away in the morning. The women and children are left in the hotel. The foyer of the hotel is fired out like an employment office. All of the signs are handwritten in Spanish. We were there for 3 nights. Our room was never cleaned. The beds weren’t made. The trash was not emptied. Terrible stay.

We had a shuttle set for 5:40am and they didn’t have anyone to drive that morning. Had to get an UBER lucky that we complained about it and after we got it they did pay for it

There seem to be migrant workers staying at the hotel. The children are hanging out in the parking lot and in the lobby. It feels strange. The breakfast area is not set up in an appetizing manner.
