Gravity Haus Denver

The stay was excellent. The hotel had a very fast and efficient check in process. The room was a lot larger than expected which was definitely a welcome surprise. The place was very quiet and the staff were a big help. We accidentally misread the checkout time for our room while we were out for brunch. When we got to the hotel and our key cards stopped working, one of the staff members went out of her way to get us into our room so we could collect our belongings. I would also like to mention the greeting card that the staff left for us in the room at check in. Those little touches are the things that really elevate the experience. Highly recommend, would love to stay again!

Avoid This Hotel – Zero Compassion for Guests in Emergencies I had a reservation for 3 nights at this hotel but was unable to check in because my flight was canceled due to a severe winter storm. Despite providing proof of the flight cancellation and the uncontrollable circumstances, the hotel refused to reimburse me or offer any form of assistance. This level of inflexibility and lack of empathy is unacceptable, especially in situations beyond a guest's control. Travelers need accommodations that understand the unpredictability of travel, not establishments that prioritize profits over people. If you value customer service and peace of mind, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This hotel clearly doesn’t care about its guests once they have your money.

Definitely enjoyed my stay. Everything was amazing. Beds were comfortable. The handwritten note was a nice added touch.

Exceeded every expectation, beautiful niche hotel, luxury bunk beds for the kids, beautiful amenities, nespresso machine, daily housekeeping without begging, and in the middle of a hip neighborhood. Incredible value for the price.

The hotel rooms are nice and the restaurant is excellent. The self check in was unexpected and there is no gym on property which is hard to tell from the description. Their virtual concierge is slow to respond which isn't idea for a property without staff really onsite. I like other Gravity Haus locations a lot though.

I would not recommend staying here. We are not typically picky with our hotel selections and we were so frustrated. They have the loudest AC set up in the world so if you're going at any time where AC is necessary stay away. The look of the rooms are very chic but the layout makes absolutely no sense. They went all out on decorations but don't even have a side table on one side of the bed. Very impractical, long narrow layout for two people. There are no hotel staff- the restaurant doubles as a place to ask questions. You check yourself in. Our key stopped worked 20 mins before checkout which made it challenging to load up our car. Nothing about this was worth the expensive price we paid.

This is an interesting property. Not marked. No staff. Weren’t sure we were in the right place. The decor is cool, but dark. You check in yourself at a tablet and make your own keys. There was a QR code in the room to contact with any needs, but it was almost too small for my phone to read and then just took me to maps. I thought the suite would have a seating area based on photos, but no. I would not have booked a suite had I known. Only one small mirror over the sink in the bathroom and poor lighting. However, it IS a very cool space, amenities were very nice. Just know what you are getting. Call directly.

I think this place is great value. I agree the walls are thin, but you get what you pay for, and it was very cute and comfortable.

We adored our stay at Gravity House! It's in an amazing area. Not only is it close many of Denver's hot spots but its across the street from a great resturant/bar and coffee shop.
