The best location to view the magnificent Meili Snow Mountain. The hotel provides strategic location and access to the viewing point, and from hotel roof top. Hospitality is great, my family do enjoy staying in the hotel.

Late night arrival Check in was ok with the use of translation apps Great location for seeing the sun rise on melie snow mountain range so long as the weather gods are kind Great room and very helpful staff willing to go the extra mile as we arrived after the kitchen was closed they arranged a local restaurant to come pick me up so I could get a takeaway and bring me back. Awesome

There's breakfast and dinner dessert soup everyday. Tea time food only given once per stay. Love that they have bed warmers and oxygen machine in the room! It is right in front of the observation deck but not the popular/packed one. View from room balcony is so beautiful. No need to go out in the cold to watch the sunrise. Staff were all soft spoken and helpful!

Staff are very helpful and accommodating. We have some issues with our booking but the staff provided us with alternatives which we gladly accept even though they don't have to. Rooms are clean and all amenities needed are provided. If you are lucky, you will be able to see Meili Snow Mountain.

Staffs of the hotel are very kind and offer drop off and pick up from the place (just after the tunnel, just tell the bus driver where you are staying and he will stop there) the bus drop you. Room are clean and the front facing rooms on the 2nd floor provide a fantastic view from the comfort of your bed!

Average hotel, but the location is good and hotel room is clean.

The stay is great as the staffs are polite and helpful. The room has an excellent mountain view. Apart from that the hotel provides scrumptious breakfast. Thanks for the hospitality!

Excellent location and warm place

全5星，特別舒服的一次體驗，陽台正對着梅里雪山，第二天早上直接從房間裏就可以看到有沒有日出（很遺憾大霧，好在不用穿好衣服下去等）。 下午茶很贊，晚上還有很誠意的甜水，早餐晚餐都很好，小哥服務態度也很好，下次有機會還會來住！

設施：有供氧設施 衞生：很好 環境：位置絕佳，在平台就能很清楚地看到十三峯全貌。店裡有2隻可愛的小貓，娃很喜歡 服務：服務很好 安睡熱飲:紅棗銀耳粥，甜甜的好喝 藏香體驗：娃喜歡，玩了很久

酒店是外觀是藏式的風格，房間設施是現代化的，房間非常寬敞乾淨，每天會提供安睡熱飲，還細心的準備了烘鞋器，吹風機是戴森的，服務人員也非常細心，考慮到是高海拔地區行李他們都主動幫忙提到房間，總之非常好的一次體驗

酒店歐式風格，五星酒店的感覺。店長小姐姐介紹了詳細的高反應變和遊玩路線，開始家人有高反，酒店供氧充足，第二天有了很大緩解，位置是最佳觀景，推家看雪山最好住處

設施：齊全，店家貼着準備了各種腳手架，拍攝者福音。 衞生：乾淨整潔，大廳充滿當地特色，有一種融入當地生活。 環境：這個不多説，這個位置看梅里十三峯絕佳機位，躺床上就能看到梅里十三峯，房間正對神女峯。 服務：前台小哥哥小姐姐熱情接待，幫忙拿行李送至房間，還免費給我升級了房間。指揮停車，非標感謝小哥哥小姐姐

從進入酒店的第一刻起，就處處充滿驚喜：在梅里雪山的懷抱中，先享受浪漫下午茶；接着是店長小趙為我們拍藏服寫真；晚上還在酒店吃了一頓美味的火鍋！酒店的服務太好了，每個人都很熱情，讓我們備感温暖。我們的房間正對雪山，在房間陽台上就可以觀景，雪山和十三白塔就在眼前。棒極了！這裏我還會來。
