莫干山荘 浙江（莫干山風景区）

We recently stayed at Moganshan Mountain Villa for one night and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by stunning scenery that really allows you to appreciate the natural beauty of Moganshan. The interior of the hotel is also very pleasant, with comfortable and well-maintained facilities that make for a relaxing stay. The staff were helpful throughout our visit and were always willing to assist when needed. At times, however, some staff members came across as a little blunt. A warmer, friendlier approach and a few more smiles would help create an even more welcoming atmosphere for guests. There are also a couple of areas where the hotel could be improved. An outdoor table tennis table would be a great addition and would provide another enjoyable activity for guests. Additionally, my girlfriend got a splinter in her foot around the pool area, so it may be worth checking the surfaces there to ensure they are safe and well maintained. Despite these minor points, we had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The location is fantastic, the surroundings are beautiful, and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Everything including kind staffs is good except internet speed. Not able to connect social media through hotel wi-fi. It was very bad experience and uncomfortable while I stayed. Not able to again if no improvement of this.

環境沒話説，在武陵村旁邊，還有一個絕美的泳池。陪老公去打網球，場地也很不錯，不過這個時節蚊蟲還是有點多。 早餐説是到9:30，但9點基本上就啥都沒有了，不足的餐飲也不會補。沒有黃油，有果醬但沒有抹刀。服務員有點做事沒有頭緒及方法。 服務人員的素質及態度有很大的提升空間

週末帶家人入住了莫干山莊，整體體驗令人滿意，是一次值得推薦的度假選擇。 位置與交通： 酒店坐落於莫干山景區核心地帶，毗鄰武陵村。儘管上山路段彎道較多，但車輛可直接停靠酒店門口，對自駕遊客而言尤為便利。門前即是觀景平台，視野開闊，山景一覽無餘。 房間設施： 我們入住的家庭房空間寬敞，床品軟硬適中，保證了良好的睡眠質量。房間最大的亮點在於景觀設計——窗户如同一幅畫框，將室外山景自然引入室內，坐在窗邊喝茶賞景，愜意而放鬆。

錯開五一假期，人很少，服務也很好，叫小哥跑了很多次，但原因是廁所沒紙、Wi-Fi不是自動的，然後電視機沒有聲音，感覺設施略差，第二天早飯也不是自助，也沒菜單可選擇，隨便對付了口；送的下午茶提前約了，到點也沒人，也沒準備，然後東西略拉垮！

看到評論比較多，選來選去訂的這家，是上海的療養院，住客中時常聽到説上海話的。 位置在別墅羣旁，可以走路到周邊景點。如果開車入住，很多景點在路上就可以順便開車玩了，非常方便。温馨提示，景點裏麪不讓開車進去，所以這個地理位置是非常便於自駕遊的。 住的主樓，是後面才建的，裝修風格很民國，很好。解放前的別墅貌似也有人在住，不知道是否都屬於莫干山莊。 最好的一點，五一節莫干山在下雨，巨冷。房間竟然有暖風空調，在雨夜山裡度過了温暖的一夜，太貼心了，雙手點贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

酒店整體設計很有歷史文化感，低調又高級，窗外風景優美！👍房間乾淨舒適，床品柔軟，隔音效果也好，住得特別安穩。尤其要誇一下酒店🏨贈送的竹竿登場杖款式設計很用心！😄 早餐廳雖然不大但精緻用心，小吃做得很地道，味道在線。前台小裴、小張和小鑫服務特別好，有禮貌、對我們的要求響應及時。

山莊環境很👍，主樓有電梯，適合輪椅長者出行。主樓二樓觀景平台，看日出非常便利；周邊主樓外的房間都是民國時期的別墅，還有無邊泳池……
