I almost never give such a low score for service, but i simply have no choice here. I used to be a hotel manager and i know how difficult it is to please every customer. After booking and arriving at this "international" hotel, they refused me entry because i was a foreigner, claiming it was a COVID thing.... it was not. I had all the paperwork and tests required. It was only after I pulled out my camera and my phone and started making phone calls to the authorities that they switched their tone and allowed me to stay. Not very welcoming. Don't get me wrong, this is a beautiful, clean hotel and i was quite impressed with the room and the quality of the amenities; I slept very well and was very comfortable. But, there are very few things this hotel can point to and claim it's an "international hotel". It's not. They didn't even have coffee in the morning. A name change should be considered to reflect the true nature of the property.
