Everything was good as far as the stay had no issues

Enjoyed my weekend vacation and rested. The staff was more on the unprofessional and rude side tho I just did my best to stay away from needing anything from them. They projected a lot of negative energy also as if it was a problem to be accommodated with anything. The lady for Sunday morning shift I would have to say was the worst!! And also had her daughter.

The staff were kind of nice but very hood. The whole hotel was dirty and you could tell they don’t care about cleanliness. Of course management doesn’t care to properly fix problems with the hotel. So many issues I was afraid to sleep with lights off. I stayed up watching to see if some critter would crawl out of cracks and holes in the wall. Sheets had stains and the comforters. Wish it was better bc we liked some staff.

The staff was rude. I paid cash for my room and I did not get a receipt and they charged my card as well, disputing with my back now. There were roaches in my restroom the room was stuffy. I showed up around 2:15 and ask if I can check in early as well and was told no due to no rooms clean but yet the people behind me were given their room. Worst experience at a hotel! Would not recommend

The breakfast was great, staff very friendly. The only thing i would say is that the room could of been a lot cleaner. We found food stains on the curtains, couches, and in the bathroom. They looked like something that could of easily been cleaned up too.

Front desk clerk Kim was really personable and friendly. She let me check in early and made my check-in a breeze. The waffles for breakfast was top notch.

Room was not cleaned and had stains on the couch and chair. Upon arrival. Breakfast was very limited you get what you pay for was alright

Toilet stopped up,had to ask for it to be fixed twice and face towels and big dry towels were not clean

Room smelled like some had previously smoked in it, i advised the hotel and sprayed some air freshener. I did not help.much. later that evening strong smell of **** from somewhere on my floor. Hairs on bed, bathtub and in especially in tub drain. Couch was dirty, walls had smears and carpet by fridge was very dirty.
