Built in 2021 and located less than a ½ block from the Destin’s famous beach, Sundance offers super-close access to the Gulf, private (seasonally heated between October 1 and April 30) pool/spa and 7 spacious, designer-curated, farmhouse-chic bedrooms. Not a worn out rental. Sundance features quartz counters, stainless appliances, designer furnishings, and premium mattresses ...all in a fun, farmhouse-chic style! Sundance offers two first floor king suites with private baths (ideal for mobility challenged Guests); three 2nd floor king suites with private full baths, one 2nd floor queen suite with adjoining bath and a 2nd floor bunk room that sleeps 6. That’s a massive sleeping capacity of 18, not including sofas. No need to drain your wallet on toy rentals. Sundance includes 2 paddleboards, and a brand new 6 seater golf cart to help make lifelong memories. And when you are ready to return home, cool off in Sundance’s pool Afterward, grill your fresh caught seafood in Sundance’s propane grill. Hate traffic? Us, too! No worries with Sundance. Great Location and Home This house is nicely appointed for a large group. The beds and bedding were all very comfortable. Our few small issues were resolved quickly. There is no pool privacy but it didn't really bother our group. All in all a great stay!

Beautiful home! Clean and Close to Beach Our leadership team had a 4-day retreat in this beautiful home. The house was spacious, and the bedrooms were nice size with bathrooms for each bedroom. We were within walking distance to the beach but had a golf cart, that came with the house, if we choose to ride. Excellent house and location for a retreat or a family vacation. Todd was great in responding quickly to any questions!

Fantastic experience This property was outstanding. As advertised. Plenty of room for 16 people. The pool and spa were amazing. Location is perfect. Short walk or take golf cart one block to beach. We had an issue with the grill and 4 hours later, we had a new grill. You can’t ask for any better than that.

Awesome Home For A Big Family! We had a large group stay at the house (16 folks) from 6 months to 75. The house was in immaculate condition. Big open kitchen and family area. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Pool was amazing. Golf cart came in handy for transportation to the beach even though it’s walking distance. Great neighborhood for family vacation. Host communication was great. Will be back!

Beautiful Home Spacious and accommodating home, but the sofas in the main living area were an "eye sore". They were draped with what looked like a white sheet or cover, probably to prevent stains. However, maybe darker covered furniture or leather would be more appealing to renters.

The Sundance had Plenty of room , very clean & close to the beach. The place was very clean. The beds were excellent quailty in all the rooms and very comfortable. With 5 different small family's, we had plenty of space. The pool was great. Even though the beach was a very short walk straight down the street, the golf cart made it great to haul lots of people with your chairs, umbrellas and coolers. We had a great time and the accomadations made it even better. Thanks for everything. Hope to see you again.
