Beside a daily tax fee of $55, that was never mention, they put a hold on my card for $200. A day for amenities or daily charges, TOTAL $800 BUCKS MANDATORY. I was not on property to use any unless it was to sleep in my room. So on check out they informed me it would be FIVE TO TEN BUSINESS DAY BEFORE THEY RELEASED MY $800 DEPOSIT. Now they have had my money for five days & now they want to keep it for another FIVE TO TEN DAYS.. WHO DOES THAT???

五星級的收費標準，民宿級別的服務環境，這屁大點海灘，真的，巴哈馬太窮了，以後不來了，不如海南。早飯20刀，打車20分鐘40刀，晚飯30刀。嘔

me ha gustado demasiado el lugar muy elocuente

July 10-13, 2021. Absolutely NON of the listed amenities were available (read:no Margaritas available at the Margaritaville Beach Resort). The only restaurant available at the hotel was even closed 1/3 nights we were there. Construction going on… everywhere. $45/day charge to have your room cleaned? Very few shops, in the local area, were open. Give this $$$$ place a mis.

There was a plumbing problem in the room next to ours, they couldn’t fix it so moved us from a ocean front suite to a small room with no view or amenities and refused any compensation. The second room is clearly half the price of the one we booked. The manager Tito was not helpful at all. Only after talking for two days offered “something “ at the spa which we declined because neither had the time or desire. A monetary compensation was not offered so we felt robbed. Restaurants close very early and are extremely expensive for what they offer. Public restrooms were dirty. The club gad dirty pools and floor. This is clearly a 2 star hotel for the price of 5 stars or more. We don’t recommend anyone to stay there. Slow service at the beach too. Few waiters ..bad food very expensive. Nothing to do after 10 pm. Not even eat!

This resort had many small problems. First off, most staff is not very friendly EXCEPT. LAKEISHA at the beach. She is amazing. We started with our families being on separate floors even though we had booked two rooms under same names. After informing the front desk that the room directly next go my husbands room was available, they moved us only bc we mentioned to them a few times. The phone didnt work in the room, shower pressure was laughable, we had to wash our hair in the sink, housekeeping was not consistent. We stayed a week and had housekeeping 3 times. We had to pay $180 a day to get a cabana at the beach bc all beach chairs are taken by 10am by cruise guests that pay to come in. There is only one restaurant at the hotel and it takes forever to get food and is very overpriced. Almost $200 a day for breakfast for a family of 5. Only other option was a quick grab place that had microwavable sandwiches. And old pastries. I ordered a fruit bowl with yogurt at the beach for $14 and was given the $6 fruit cup from the convenience store and a drop of yogurt to dip. There is NOTHING going on at this hotel. No entertainment, no kids activities. Nothing. On top Of all of this, most of the staff eat rude and dismissive I would mot recommend this hotel. I would never return or refer anyone to this Margaritaville.

we were there for our anniversary and called ahead for wine and cheesed crackers and everything was there. we truly enjoy the place the room was great clean and restaurants on the property was good.

Hotel is great. Newish. Nice rooms. Nice facilities. Water park/pool is a great design and fun. The staff seem disinterested. I get that we are on “island time” but no one seems interested in helping you. Ate breakfast at the buffet. Everyone finished their meals before anyone came to offer drinks (after asking 3 times). If you have wait service, you will see them twice, to take your order and to bring it. Gratuity is included on ALL purchases so there is no incentive. The areas around the pool get tidied in the morning then nothing. Trash and food laying on the pool deck, sometimes in the pool. Generally messy grounds. Food and drinks are ridiculously expensive. We spend more on food and drinks than the rest of the vacation combined. Lots of cruise ship passengers crowd the place during the day. Ghost town at night.

We spent a week at Margaritaville this week for my 30th birthday. At check in, we were greeted with smiles by the front desk. They even upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite for my birthday which was a wonderful surprise. The first night we had dinner at the steakhouse for Valentines Day and it was phenomenal. The food is pretty pricey throughout the island so prepare to spend anywhere from 110$ for a simple meal such as a cheeseburger to 300-500$ for a nice meal. The pools were heated and we enjoyed a day on the lazy river. The water park can get busy as they sell day passes to the cruise goers but it wasn’t terrible the day we went. If it is busy there is another beach and pool on the other side which are for guests only. The beach was wonderful and there are plenty of places to get cocktails throughout the day and into the night. Each bar has happy hour throughout the evenings. The rooms were updated and clean. The resort is in walking distance of shopping, bars, and excursions at the cruise port. It was completely safe to walk there and we had no issues. Taxis are also plentiful and fairly easy to catch to other spots along the island. Overall, 10/10 trip and we will be back!
