ハービー ベイ リゾート(Hervey Bay Resort)

We tried for the second time to have a meal at figtree resturant. The menu was confusing to say the least. It stated that ALL mains could have a choice of chips and salad or mash and veg, but when we went to order, there actually was only the steaks (overpriced) or the 2 snitties that offered this choice. The barra I wanted was not "allowed" this easy switch over to mash. The drinks were over priced compared to many hotels in Hervey bay. We will never grace their door again and will always go to the RSL at least they switch out to whatever the CUSTOMER wants, after all, the bowl of mash is most definitely prepared and ready for meals that allow it!!! what a joke, and very poor customer service.

Booked and arrived with the family. Was there 3 minutes before leaving. Stains all over carpet. Stains of god knows what on sheets. Hair from Certain parts of the body on the sheets. Room stank of cigarettes smoke. Disgusting room. Shame really because it’s close to beach etc.

Order the meal Singapore noodle it's the worst Singapore noodle of ever had I could not eat the food. Dry chicken with curry powder next no noodle,minimal vegetables and a heap of bean sprouts. I would not recommend meal at this place hotel and save your money

Popped in for Sunday dinner with our little dog and were welcomed by the friendly staff. Nice location outside with water views and a lovely breeze. Steaks were cooked to our liking and price was reasonable. Asian options looked great too and have 'bookmarked' this for another time. The actual restaurant is the Fig Tree Bistro.
