We did not get the room we book. The large luxury suite we booked was given to other guests. We had to book another room to accommodate our party. I find it disappointing that the hotels can make the decision as to what room they decide to give to guests

The staff were very helpful and were there whenever you needed them. They made our stay very enjoyable and safe. Would recommend the hotel to family and friends. It also was.a very clean property.

The bed, shower and service was great. The complimentary breakfast looked great, but to get the hot options, you have to be up early. You snooze, you lose, I guess. But don't quote me on that, because I was cool with whatever. A pool and hot tub, vending machines...I just feel a microwave in each room would be a good thing. But still, I have nothing but great things to say, and again, the customer service from all areas, were fantastic.

I had two issues with the location.
1. While it was cold enough to create ice in the parking lot, I was told that the staff member on duty was here to fill in and would try to get to it soon.
2. My TV did not turn on and when I spoke to the staff he told me he could not fix it as he was the only on on duty so he swapped the room after I had unpacked everything,

I can't give a review of this property because I didn't stay here. The location was 2 hrs away & it was too far to drive after a long day on the road. It popped up on ******* as a close hotel so I booked it.
Later I found out on my GPS that it was a long drive into the late evening. ******* wouldn't let me cancel this within 15 min.

Bathroom shower base not properly cleaned (red stain all around the door), bed sheets still have hair on, mattress making squeezing sound, fridge is loud and noisy, staff arguing with me about the waffle maker (I had to turn it on to use it but she insisted that it was turned on). An overall unpleasant experience. Won’t recommend.
