During this day of COVID-19 all was very well at this hotel. Thanks for a nice stay.

Average hotel.

Hotel "Rat-i-sson". Arrived at 6:00 PM and told room was not ready because of "shortage of staff". Told we would have to wait 20 minutes in dingy, stinky foyer with a broken chair to sit in. Did not have to wait for more than 10 minutes. Got to room, and smoke detector hanging on wall disconnected. Tried to sleep at 7:30 PM, (3:00AM wake up next day), and cleaning staff were yelling at each other across the hall from our room. I went out to address the noise twice, and it continued for over an hour. Sounded like a drunken argument that would not stop. No class! Water in shower tepid, never got hot. Will NEVER stay at a Radisson affiliated hotel again.

Our bathtub had brown water in it and the fridge still had food leftover from the last people who stayed in the room. We left and stopped by the front desk to ask if they would clean our bathtub for us, but they never did, so we weren't able to use it. In the middle of the night an alarm started blaring for a while, so I went downstairs to complain, and the host was not concerned and made no move to assist. He said it's just somebody's door open? I went upstairs and found the door and closed it myself so I could try to get some sleep. This was around 2:30 in the morning.

No breakfast available - as promised - on either morning. No apologizes, no, "we're sorry". Noisy interiors and never get a room near the outside door. I little bit sleazy too. Spend a little more and get yourself a good night's sleep.

The rooms were clean and comfortable but people in and out all night long. I was told before I made reservations that there was hot breakfast and there was no breakfast at all the whole trip. I was also told my staff that it was just from a person calling out the first day but never had breakfast. A lot of homeless people in area. I seen them using a regular plastic credit card to open side door to use the ice machine filling up buckets.

Everything was slow, one person working front desk etc. housekeeping did not go into my room once to clean on a 3 night stay. Old run down, breakfast is not good at all and once anything runs out it takes a longggg time for more to be added. Close to airport with a shuttle, Lagz across the st was fun on Tuesday, a lot of stores across the st making it convenient.

I love the area with shopping and Restaurants nearby i felt safe in this area the only problem was kids running around upstairs while we're sleeping.
