Best hotel in ooty . Excellent staying experience . Clean hotel ☺️☺️☺️ and lovely location of staying . I definatly come again in this hotel .you can enjoy sunrise from lovely garden nice cooprative staff child friendly hotel . And its look like 7 star feel in this

Only advantage is location. No value for money. Ooty hills are covered with hotels no more hills. Cons: 1. Breakfast is only buffet that too cost INR 800 per head including 10 years old child ,😁. 2. TV doesn't connect with internet you can't transfer mobile content to TV. 3. INR 14000/ per night but room doesn't have balcony on top of that room provided in 1st floor 😁. 4. Bathroom door can't be close from outside as centralised AC need to dry the bathroom floor 😔. 5. No sofa only chair.

The experience was excellent and all the staff was really good. We needed a change of room due to some issue and the staff obliged to it and provided a different room within minutes. Will surely visit it again due to its execellent support and the nature it is surrounded by

Wowww service we got it from gem park from the check in to check out we got satisfied service Got good view from the room and little bit hot climate in ooty even though they provided fan for us Food al so very taste and good customer service and well maintain garden thanks gem park

i paid ~14000 for 1 night and stayed in gem at May-5. very poor room , there is no AC . At night my kids has to remove upper cloths and sleep with sweat in head. i called 3 times for a fan atleast, went personally to request fan. But the attitude was , you may ask , but politely we cant give. i had very bad stay even after paying 14000 for 1 night. i might have stayed in my car its self for whole night rather than staying at gem. When we enquired with with nearby room, they also faced same situation. Its a common problem there. Anyone come to stay at gem, call and ensure they can provide a fan, or buy a fan for 1000 rupees and go to gem for a stay. please choose some other stay, if you have options.

One of the best hotels I visited till date. Superb location, ambience and service. Rooms very spacious and neatly done. Food awesome particularly breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. Staff very good. Actually the rooms are non ac and do not have fans but on our request they provided us a fan as ooty was little hot in afternoon. Over and above had a nice stay.

Great location of the hotel giving picturesque views of Ooty. Well kept lovely gardens. Cozy well maintained rooms.. Absolutely loved our stay here. Just need a improvement in the a la carte service of the restaurant. It's very slow. Overall great place to enjoy your stay in the hotel.

overall it was a good experience..Starting from the room to the hospitality it was wonderful altogether.Only one concern was that the AC was not switched on when it was asked for.. the buffet was great ... altogether it was great.. thank you
