Variété des repas. Propre. Repos assuré et découverte de la culture. Nous recommandons et reviendrons.

just sea and sand. architecture local. But I can't say the cleaning is good. Arabs are not good at this anyway. To see Tunisia, I just have to follow history. Historical places must be seen. In my opinion, holidaying in hotels is meaningless here. If you want the beach, the best quality hotels are in Turkey. natural together. both history, service and quality. Tunisia seems to be weak in the accommodation sector

Worst experience ever ruined by their receptionist Mr Maher Klaibi. I was with my friend, and I spoke with him in arabic he didn't welcome us in a proper way. I made the reservation 1h before heading there, and he tried his best to do not give to us a room beside the booking was confirmed and paid. He was mentioning that we had to pay twice, as he had a bad issue with booking through ******* and Booking. He said also that he couldn't see that our booking went through from their system. ( generally it takes 30 min everywhere in the world, I never had an issue with last minute booking). When I told him that I will speak with customer service about paying twice and denied check in, he changed behavior and start to be nice and gentle. When the agent contacted him to clarify the situation, he been really kind to me and start to fake smile and acting as a different person. I never been discriminated in my life but here. That's a shame, the hotel wasn't bad. Exept him, everyone nice. I still don't understand the misbehaving of Mr Klaibi to us.

My favourite hotel in djerba, stayed for a week all inclusive. Very impressed with everything from front office staff, rooms,pools,restaurants, bars,all are very helpful . The food is delicious and plentiful, the rooms are clean and the atmosphere is perfect. I would definitely recommend and can't wait to go back. Loved my stay.

This hotel is a perfect choose to take a rest and spend very good time in Djerba. The food is great and there is something for everyone. The hotel areas and rooms were clean all the time. Staff in this hotel are very helpful and friendly. The Entertainment team are doing wonderful job, we had a lot of fun. We are very satisfied with our stay and definitely recommending this hotel. If I choose Djerba one more time I definitely choose this hotel.

We spent a week in this hotel with my husband and everything was amazing 🤩 The staff are very friendly and helpful, the animation team are doing a wonderful job, we had a lot of fun. The room and all the areas were clean. The food was always delicious and there is a big variety of drinks. Very satisfied with our stay and definitely recommending this hotel.

It was real good. Very fine and all the animateurs are so nice, funny and realy great. We enyoid it very much and had big fun. The food is great, the beach wonderful und everybody is friendly. We loved it.
