We loved our week here! There is so much to do we didn’t manage to do or see everything! All the staff were friendly and helpful! The hotel was clean and well presented and very aesthetically pleasing! The restaurant food was lovely and again staff lovely, it just got very busy in there and other guests were rather rude pushing in etc. there are a number of pools (we didn’t manage to use them all) some of which are heated which is brilliant! The beach is nice and well kept too, all inclusive on the beach too which I’ve never had! All in all the hotel and it’s staff were amazing and the only negatives are rude guests, we plan to return in the future!

Amazing hotel. Never been to a hotel as big as this one. It's got everything...... Beach, pools, hairdressers, funfair, arcades, shops, on site doctor, gym, spa, the list goes on. Although we didn't have a sea view, the moutian view was lovely too. Some Bazar shops just outside the hotel. The staff are lovely and all work so hard, especially the maids (floor 6) and the restaurant staff. I found the food great and tasty. A negative for our family was the other guests, they are SO RUDE, they will push you out of the way at dinner, waiting for a lift. One woman literally stood on me, I looked at her, she didn't care. We witnessed a child about 6/7 years old having breakfast in the restaurant on her own. We alerted staff. Then eventually her mum came for her and casually walked of with her. Good job she wasn't English because my husband was fuming. One guy, elbowed me, he didn't care at all. I had to warn my kids not to be pushed out of the way and stand their ground. *** is wrong with these people. A little more hand sanitizer around the place would be better. Soo many people touching the food lids and tongs. Eww. It is a lovely hotel though, warm, relaxing, patisserie with lots of cakes and coffee. Unfortunately it's not the hotels fault others guests are rude. Just have to stand your ground.

I was full of hope planning vacation at this hotel with my family. unfortunately we were disappointes, because of: - no air-co at restaursnts in July- we couldnt eat and spent nice fmaily-time during meals as the temperature was too high, it was horrible. last day we discovered only in Harmony area there was air- co - large crowds everywhere! to large hotel, too many people. you can not find any place to rest and chill - long lasting transfer from airport till hotel with obligated stop at shops - many extra charged attractions - theme park open 3x 1 h- long queues advantages: - nice food - fantastic waterslides -comfortable rooms

We were looking for a hotel that had everything to keep us busy. We were definitely not disappointed. This place is huge with lots to do. The staff are friendly and helpful and the place is clean and tidy. Loads of bars and pools, if you like it busy or quieter. Always somewhere to go however you like it. They really put a lot of effort in when they do an event(we had Oktoberfest). It was really well organised and was really good fun. There was also a foam party one day and the kids loved it. The only downside for us was the food wasn’t the best and also the cocktails weren’t that great but ok. We also thought the entertainment could have been a lot better but they do try.

Very nice hotel! Very clean. With sweet employees. And very fun entertainment, always laughing and doing stuff! Food was good, but every day the same. Lots of stuff to do on the resort, also later in the evening. Good and very strong cocktails!

Good afternoon, I would like to leave a review because I am delighted with this hotel, large, comfortable, good accommodation, everything is there for children, shows, animation at the highest level, I especially want to highlight Katya, a girl who gives smiles. incredibly happy, we'll come back again

We rested at the hotel at the end of April, I advise everyone this hotel has a lot of entertainment, events and shows thanks to all the animators, always with a smile, funny guys, the hotel is big, the restaurant has food for any choice, the pool in the heated water has its own disco, we will definitely come back again
