Accord Highland Hotel Ooty

The location is awesome - breathtaking view. Lot of indoor and outdoor sports amenities & other activities like bonfire. Breakfast was sumptious. Room was spacious, well maintained and had great view. The staff was very efficient - quick service and very courteous. Special mention for ***igandan, Vijay and Gautham.

The resort is extremely beautiful with amazing view. Food is excellent whatever we ordered was perfect. Place is good for sports as well. Open sky villa was very luxurious and was perfect on clear sky days for star gazing. The place was so spacious that we spent entire 2 days in the resort and only.

I was slightly skeptical when I booked this hotel. But turned out to be a good hotel though slightly dated. Their sports/entertainment facilities are good. Siva who ***aged the events is a wonderful person who encourage and involve in the activities. He is a great asset to this property. Multiple engagement options like net cricket with bowling machine and other outdoor and indoor activities. Another great thing in this property is the high tea in the evening in their "Tea Kadai" with multiple snacks and biscuits and various kinds of tea and coffee. A great place to stay. They need to think about renovation of some of the areas. Also, they need to have a lift as they have 2 floors and moving the luggage is a problem. They send their staff for the same but a lift will be helpful. Another thing is to be noted is that they do not have AC in the rooms. They provide fans if needed. Overall, a good place to stay.

We gathered here for our MBBS silver Jubilee celebration. The ambience, food and hospitality were so good. Rooms are spacious with great view. The hall with audio visual aids was good for our kids activities. The DJ arrangement was average only. It should be more interactive with fun. Overall nice experience.

Very good experience Food was good It was a memorable experience I would like the resort people to kindly consider a small extension for the check out time Also in the night the room was hot Do consider the above and kindly improve in the above areas.

The resort is having a wonderful valley View. We went for a family meet with friends. We had a wonderful time there. The food was very good. Rooms were spacious and clean and had newly renovated bathrooms. They have a very big outdoor play area for cricket, badminton. Indoor play area was also very good with foosball and PlayStation and ***y more. Only negative is they don't have lifts. So elderly people have to climb the stairs to go to rooms.

Very pleasant ambience and cooperative staffs and tasty restaurant rooms are renovated looking good Resort located near dodabetta peak looks naturalistic outdoor and indoor games for the kids are very attractive Camp fire with music nights mind blowing

Best resort to stay with friends and family, very accommodative, helpful, polite staff, we occupied 28 rooms for 1 night for our batch meet and I would say t is one of our top five stays, we meet every yr in different places in different resorts this is one of the best. Very honestly repaid the 10k I paid them by mistake which shows their good will...will return again soon...kids enjoyed both outdoor and indoor activities, bonfire, buffet meals were all excellent..peaceful, quite stay to live with nature
