Check-in slow. First 2 key cards did not work. Took 30 minutes notes to get into room.

The plus: Hotel looks new, very stylish. Self checkin available and very friendly staff. The minus: Small room, difficult to circulate. Carpet is a big no and just one pillow. Far from city center and central station but close to the port.

A hotel with a psychedelic interior - like a magic eye in hotel form! This hotel more than deserves it's '42nd best hotel in Antwerp' status that trip advisor affords it! After having been given a room with a drizzling, broken shower that was reserved for disabled people (doubly annoying... no, triply annoying as no disabled person should have to put up with a shower like that either!), we had our room changed (bafflingly an 'upgrade' that was actually smaller), though we were offered a free breakfast for our pains.

My stay in this modern hotel was good. The check in was smooth. As the rooms are equipped with a system of electronic cards, it can be a bit complicated if your card isn’t activated (that was my case). The lift doesn’t move if your card isn’t activated. The room was standard, with a modern shower. Consider that the room isn’t cleaned every day. In my case, a 2-night stay, the room was cleaned at all. The releasing of “preserving the environment” is a bit too easy. The hotel saves a lot of money, but the price remains the same :-( Breakfast was good, either a variety of continental food.

Hakeem’s smile and hospitality always makes me forget my long travel journey when arriving at the hotel. Hotel location is close to “het eilandje”, lots of restaurants close by to explore, great to have a short walk around the water. Colourful rooms.

We had a stay in the Prizeotel because of Billies Craft Beer Festival in de Waagnatie. It was a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the Waagnatie so it was perfectly situated for our means. Parking was free because of “Wapenstilstandsdag” so easy and free parking behind the hotel was possible. Room was perfect: clean, great bed. Only downside was the fire alarm going off at 5 AM because someone was smoking in his (non-)smoking room, but good to know the alarm worked 😉

This is a wonderful hotel with a modern architecture, a cozy interior decoration, a convenient position not too far from the opera, and an excellent quality/price ratio (75 euro per night in a single room). The hotel looks fantastic both outside and inside. My room was small but comfortable and very well lit. Very importantly, all staff at reception was super friendly and helpful with self check-in. I was happy to talk to them. The duvet was a bit narrow as it was not entirely covering the double-size bed, and I'd rather have found a plastic cup in the room, but these are minor details compared to the whole experience. Excellent stay, highly recommended.

Stayed here for 2 night during our beerfestival weekend in Antwerp. Choose this hotel for its location since it was not to far away from 't Eilandje/Museum aan de Stroom and the Waagnatie. Hotel itself is very colourfull. Check-in with the computers went swift. Room I had was located at the 4th floor. Room itself was of decent size, bathroom was not too big but it worked. in the room you do miss a few little things; like glasswork. Bar/checkin area is 24/7. Airco at the room worked very well. Breakfast was basic but still good. Staff was very friendly and helpfull during our stay.
