原來的房間衞生間溢水，換了個房間，早餐很不錯，房間也非常大，適合家庭集體出遊

We had a great experience staying here. The hotel was in a great location to the places we wanted to visit. The room was very comfortable, and the staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly.

Clean, convenient , straight forward, large room, love the kitchen and couch and workstation in room for when extended stay is involved

Beautiful and clean hotel.. The only thing that bothered was our check out is at 11am and there was kids outside our door playing hockey at 8AM and we have kids ourselfs and had grandma stay with ours for us to rest.

The breakfast is great. You have 2 options. You can have eggs, French toast, crepes, and other limited menu items made for you, or go across the courtyard and have a breakfast bar. The pool ran out of towels our 3rd day there. There was absolutely no maid service for our 5 nights. One was even cleaning the room next to ours on day 3 as we left for the day and we hoped they will come to at least take the trash out. Came back, and our room was not touched. We were out of our room every day by 9am and did not return until after 6. Every morning, there were at least 10 bags of trash in the hallway, showing the maid service to be problematic. I observed the maid staff several times, and most of the time they were doing something other than cleaning the rooms, like talking and hanging out. Upon checkout, I asked if we needed to request our room be turned, and was informed it is supposed to be done daily without the customer asking. The windows could give some sound proofing, as we heard every car and motorcycle with loud exhaust, from the 5th floor. The staff, outside of the cleaning crew, were exceptional. It was different than what we were used to, by having a limited menu breakfast cooked for us. The parking garage is worth paying for, especially in the winter.

The associate who was at check-in was awesome! Super helpful and friendly. Room was clean and lots of space.

Amazing hotel and staff!! Wrap around views of the mountains, very spacious and full kitchen! Room has a true "homey" feel but still contemporary and luxury style! Great location in Downtown Colorado Springs and 12 minute drive to Manitou/Pikes Peak Cogwheel area!

Hotel is very modern and updated. Friendly staff. Great location to Pikes Peak and other attractions. Continental breakfast was impressive. The only downfall was the parking. The garage is conveniently located but the pass you get from the front desk to exit doesn’t always work.

Very nice very convenient rooms with good amenities, parking is only slightly more expensive than nearby garages and is a quick and easy process through the hotel. However they made a bold move and played Chris**as music during our visit in early November. The walls are a little thin, but while I saw plenty of people around, our hall was pretty quiet so it wasn’t a problem at all. They also have a very nice double blinds system that eliminates all outside light. Their breakfast is well maintained and has many options and a really nice display. All the staff I interacted with were also friendly and engaging.
