Unfortunaly I have to give a bad rating due to very poor hotel management. I booked and paid for a stay in October. A few days after the trip was confirmed, I got rebooked to a different hotel in Monastir since the Hotel in Mahdia "suddenly" decided to close in the middle of October. It was not possible for the customer service of ******* to establish contact with the Hotel via Phone or E-Mail. I have asked them for help since I wanted to cancel the booking instead of going to a different hotel. Although we enjoyed our stay in the alternative hotel in Monastir there should have been offered a choice (rebooking or cancelling with money refund) and the hotel needs to be reachable!
