ホテルH12(Hotel H1)

We stayed one night in early April and can highly recommend H12 - very clean, airy, spacious, comfortable. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was really excellent. One unexpected bonus: the hotel is across the way from the music academy, and we were treated to beautiful piano music, and later to opera singing, as we were walking past.

Great Location minutes away from the main square. Rooms were clean. Check in efficient and staff helpful and pleasent. Free tea, coffee, and cake in reception. Free WiFi. Fridge in the room with daily water provided. Only negatives are - There was no shower curtain around the bath, so the bathroom flooded when having a shower. A/C was not available, and the rooms were very hot. Breakfast was very traditional, which is fine if you like fruit, yoghurt, pastries, and meats. It's not very good if you are expecting full English. Would definitely use it again if going back to Krakow.

With luggage in tow and the wee hours of the morning, will need to wait in an alley nearby. Big rooms - Junior Suite

We have just arrived home to the UK after staying at the h12 hotel in Krakow. We used Bolt to get us from the airport, this was around 35 zloty and took 25 minutes or so, fantastic service. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a friendly young man on reception who informed us that although we were 4 hours early for check in, we could leave our bags whilst we went out exploring. He then made a phonecall and to our delight said our rooms were in fact ready, so we could check in after all… 4 hours early!!! Fantastic. The rooms were spacious, modern and very clean. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room (and also in reception area) and 2 bottles of water, this was re stocked everyday. Bathroom was modern and clean. The location of the hotel is perfect. 5 minute walk to the main square. We found it was just far enough away to be quite at night, we felt that had we have stayed any closer to the main square, it would have been noisy. We can’t comment on the breakfast as we opted for room only, there are plenty of bakeries and restaurants around offering breakfast so we ate out each morning. If/when we return to Krakow, we would definitely stay at the h12 again. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience!

I (mum) stayed with 5 month old baby in double room. I took train from krakow airport and walked from krakow główny to the hotel (5-10 minute mainly flat walk - buggy friendly). The location is fab for using public transport or to visit main Krakow attractions. Room was clean. Cot bed was provided. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also really nice and unlimited coffee from the reception was really good bonus. When/if I visit again, I will stay in this hotel again.

Just a short walk from the town square, this was a perfect place for us. Clean, well presented hotel with great staff too. Room was large, clean and inviting and bed was comfortable. Great shower room and we really enjoyed our stay.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we cannot fault H12 , the staff are amazing, rooms are comfy, spotlessly clean, the breakfast is brilliant, in a side street off the main square it is in a great spot, nothing is too much trouble from the reception staff to the breakfast girls. This is a very modern hotel, very clean, fluffy pillows, comfortable beds. The bedroom was quite warm but the weather was also unseasonably warm so that may be why. The staff were very helpful and polite. There was a wide selection of food for breakfast and regularly topped up. I would definitely stay there again

A very pleasant stay for 2 nights. Staff were very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and very cosy. So close to the main square. Two negatives: the room was too hot at night and we had to sleep with the window open and our room was right next to the elevator which was in constant use.
