Great location and facilities, but cleanliness was disappointing I stayed here for one night during a recent business trip. In terms of location, service, and facilities, this hotel offers great value for the money. However, the cleanliness was very poor. For a hotel, the bathroom and overall room condition were in bad shape. Even the cups hadn't been washed properly and were visibly dirty. The hygiene level was the worst I’ve experienced.

I have mixed feelings about my recent stay. On the positive side, the restaurant service was excellent and the food was very nice. However, the room itself was a major disappointment. The property is not properly maintained, especially the washroom. The fittings are incredibly old, and after taking a bath, the water wouldn't drain properly, causing it to overflow onto the entire bathroom floor. To make matters worse, I was completely misled by the staff. A receptionist told me that checking out before 4:00 AM would entitle me to a half-day room rent. Since my train was at 6:30 AM, I agreed and checked out exactly at 3:40 AM. However, the morning shift staff refused to honor this, claiming no such policy existed, and the employee who promised it had already left. Very unprofessional management and poor maintenance. Proceed with caution.

Stayed for 2 days overall hotel wasn’t  too bad for a 3 star location was terrible over looking a lake, which wasn’t a tourist attraction

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel and I am very pleased!

Nice breakfast jvery nice staff but looking at the price can do better specially the cleanliness of the room otherwise great
